ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1 pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha, 2 pengaruh prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat
berwirausaha, 3 pengaruh motivasi dan prestasi praktik kerja industri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang
kesimpulannya diperoleh berdasarkan pada hasil analisis statistik. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = 16,158 + 0,245 X

+ e, yang artinya minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan prestasi praktik kerja
industri. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1 motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hal ini terbukti dari
analisis regresi yang memperoleh nilai t

sebesar 0,267 atau sebesar 26,7, sedangkan 73,3 lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1 the effect of motivation on interest in entrepreneurship, 2 the effect of achievement working practices to the industry
