tronic social networking, you might want to try the features of Forum asynchronous and Chat Room synchronous. In Forum, you are able to adjust the level of permissions, authorships, and
form posting palettes. Also, in Chat Room, you can modify viewing, editing format, recent chat display, and authoring. One nice thing is that you can actually use both features concurrently.
For example, when you and your students implement an electronic forum in Oncourse CL, the participants actually send their questions and concerns before inputting their opinions and
thoughts into the forum. By utilizing both features concurrently, you can motivate critical think- ing and active learning, because the participants may have other participants advices and
