The Governments of the Republic of Indone ia, Malaysia and the Republic of the
Philippines;

HAVING REGARD to the Agreement on Information Exchange and
Establishment of Communication Procedure which was signed at ｐｵｴｲ｡ｪｹｾ＠
Malaysia on
7 May 2002, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement' ;
WHEREAS t

Kingdom of Thailand has

pressed its intention to accede to

HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1
The

ingdom of Thailand accedes to the Agreement by virtue of this Protocol.

ARTICLE 2
The pro vi ions of the Agreement shall apply to the Kingdom of Thailand.

ARTICLE3
For the purpose of t e Agre ment this Protocol shall be deposited with the Governme t

f th Republic of the P "Jippines, which shall be the depo itory State.
