ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor
mahasiswa program profesi ners USU tentang perilaku mahasiswa dan
pengalaman untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan keperawatan
dalam keseharian. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perilaku mahasiswa
Program Profesi Ners tahap akhir di Fakultas Keperawatan USU. Jenis penelitian
ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif.
Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah
sampel 92 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan hasil

disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan distribusi frekuensi responden berdasarkan aspek kognitif Baik
(72,8%), Cukup (27,2%). Distribusi frekuensi responden berdasarkan aspek
afektif Sangat Baik (25%), Baik (58,7%), Cukup (14,1%) dan kurang (2,2%).
Distribusi frekuensi responden berdasarkan aspek psikomotor Baik (32,6%),
Cukup (63%) dan Kurang (4,3%). Disarankan institusi pendidikan dapat
memberikan bimbingan pendidikan profesi ners agar lebih dapat membimbing
mahasiswa profesi ners dengan memberikan pendidikan dan latihan keterampilan
yang lebih maksimal lagi di rumah sakit, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mahir
melakukan tindakan keperawatan sewaktu mereka memasuki lingkungan kerja.

ABSTRACT
The research was done to find out the students’ cognitive, affective, and
psychometric aspects in the Nurse Profession Program, USU, about their
behavior and experience to apply their nursing knowledge, attitude, and action in
the daily activities. Its objective was to identify the last year students’ behavior in
the Nurse Profession Program, the Faculty of Nursing, USU. The research used
descriptive quantitative method. The samples were 92 respondents, taken by using
accidental sampling technique. The data were gathered by using questionnaires
and the result was presented in the form of distribution frequency and percentage.
The result of the research showed that 72.8% of the respondents were in good
category in distribution frequency based on cognitive aspect and 27.2% of them
were in moderate category. 25% of the respondents were in very good category in

distribution frequency based on affective aspect, 58.7% of them were in moderate
category, and 2.2% of them were in bad category. 32.6% of the respondents were
in good category in distribution frequency based on psychometric aspect, 63% of
them were in moderate category, and 4.3% of them were in bad category. It is
recommended that educational institution provide counseling in nurse profession
education and skill maximally at hospitals so that students can have their skill in
nursing care.
