ABSTRACT
This research aims to describe incentive, work motivation, and employee performance; to know and explain
significant influence between employee incentive on employee performance; as well as to know and describe
significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. The method used explanatory
research with quantitative approach through questionnaire and documentation. The sample of this research
amounted to 95 respondents. In other hand, the data analysis technique used on this research is descriptive
analysis and path analysis. The variable is incentives(X), employee performance(Y), and work motivation(Z).
According to the path analysis’ results, it is found that incentive has a significant positive influence on work
motivation with β 0,637. Employee incentives has a significant positive influence on employee’s performance
with β 0,455. Work motivation has a significant significant positive influence on employee performance with
β 0,398. Employee incentive has an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation,
proven by the calculation of Indirect Effect(IE) with β 0,253. This indirect influence of employee incentives
on employee performance through work motivation is stronger than its direct influence.

АBSTRАK
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan insentif, motivasi kerja, dan prestasi kerja karyawan;
mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara insentif karyawan terhadap motivasi kerja; mengetahui dan
menjelaskan pengaruh antara insentif karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; serta mengetahui dan
menjelaskan pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada
penelitian ini berjumlah 95 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan
analisis jalur. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah insentif karyawan(X), motivasi kerja(Z),
dan Prestasi kerja karyawan(Y).Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa insentif karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan β 0,637, dengan thitung 7,965 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000(p
