TENTANG PEMBUKAAN HUBUNGAN DIPLOMATIK
ANTARA
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK HONDURAS
DAN
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA
Pemerintah Republik Honduras dan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia,
BERHASRAT meningkatkan dan memperteguh hubungan persahabatan dan
kerjasama antara kedua negara dan rakyat atas dasar persamaan derajat, saling
menghormati kedaulatan, kemerdekaan dan integritas wilayah masing-masing, serta tidak
mencampuri urusan dalam negeri masing-masing.
DILANDASI prinsip-prinsip dan tujuan-tujuan seperti tercantum dalam Piagam
Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa dan Gerakan Non-Blok serta Konvensi Wina mengenai
Hubungan Diplomatik tahun 1961.
MEMUTUSKAN membuka hubungan diplomatik pada tingkat kedutaan besar,
mulai tanggal penandatangan Komunike Bersama ini.
Akreditasi masing-masing Duta Besar akan diatur dalam persetujuan lebih lanjut.
DIBUAT di New York pada tanggal 24 bulan September tahun seribu sembilan
ratus sembilan puluh tujuh, dalam tiga naskah asli dalam Bahasa Spanyol, Bahasa
Indonesia dan Bahasa lnggris, semua naskah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sama.

SOBRE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE RELACIONES DIPLOMATICAS
ENTRE
LA REPUBLICA DE HONDURAS
y
LA REPUBLICA DE INDONESIA
El Gobierno de la Republica de Honduras y el Gobierno de la Republica de Indonesia,
DESEANDO promover y estrechar vfnculos de amistad y de cooperaci6n entre ambos
pafses en interes mutuo de sus pueblos, basados en los principios de igualdad, el
respeto a la independencia, la soberania nacional, la integridad territorial y la no
intervenci6n en los asuntos internos de cada Estado.
GUIADOS por los principios y prop6sitos de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y el
Movimiento no Alineado, asf como por las disposiciones de la Convenci6n de Viena
sabre Relaciones Diplomaticas de 1961.
HAN DECIDIDO el establecimiento de relaciones diplomaticas a nivel de Embajadores,
efectivas a partir de la firma de este Comunicado Conjunto.
La acreditaci6n de sus respectivos Embajadores estara sujeta a un acuerdo posterior.
HECHO en la ciudad de Nueva York, el 24 de Septiembre de mil novecientos noventa
y siete, en tres copias originales, en Espanol, Indonesia, e Ingles, cuyos textos son
igualmente autenticos.

JOINT COMMUNIQUE
CONCERNING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS
BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF HONDURAS
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
The Government of the Republic of Honduras and the Government of the Republic
of Indonesia,
DESIRING to promote and strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation between
the two countries and peoples on the basis of equality, mutual respect for each other's
sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity as well as non-interference in the
internal affairs of each other.
GUIDED BY the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and
the Non-Aligned Movement as well as the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations
of1961,
HAVE DECIDED to establish diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level, as
the date of the signing of this Joint Communique.
The accreditation of their respective ambassadors will be subject to further
agreement.
DONE at New York City on this 24 of September Nineteen hundred ninety seven,
in three original copies in Spanish, Indonesian and English, all texts being equally
authentic.
