Referring lo the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of
Communjcation and In formation Technology (MCIT) of the Republic of Indonesia
and the Ministl) or Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) of Japan concerning
cooperation in the field or information and communication which \\as signed on 17th
