JAKARTA, 28 May, 1982.

Your Excellency,
Reference is made to the Loan Agreement signed for an amount
not to exceed three million, eight hundred thousand Canadian dollars
(Cdn$ 3,800,000) on the 19th day of December 1977 by representatives
of our two governments for the purchase of one 15 MW turbine generating
set to be located in Palembang, Sumatra, and associated equipment,
services and freight charges.
Now, in accordance with. Section 4,03 of the Loan Agreement,
we wish to inform you that at the end of the project, the total withdrawals from the loan stand at a sum in the amount of three million,
seven hundred and ninety seven thousand, eight hundred and sixty
three Canadian dollars and seventy six cents (Cdn$ 3,797,863.76).
As this sum represents the total amount reimbursable by
Indonesia under the terms of the Agreement, the amount mentioned in
Section 1.01 of the Agreement is reduced in the amount of two thousand,
one hundred and thirty-six Canadian dollars and twenty four cents

(Cdn$ 2,136.24).

The terms of repayment outlined in Section 1.04 of

the Agreement remain unchanged except for the last instalment which is

to be reduced to fourty-five thousand, three hundred and sixty three
Canadian dollars and seventy six cents (Cdn$ 45,363 . 76).

To indicate your government ' s agreement with this amendment,
it is requested that one of the original copies of this letter be
signed and returned;

the other original should be retained by you.
