ABSTRAK
PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN
KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. NESTLE INDOFOOD CITARASA
INDONESIA MEDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan dan komunikasi
terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia (NICI)
Medan. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah pengawasan dan komunikasi berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa
Indonesia (NICI) Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis
deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, pengawasan
dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT
Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia. Dan komunikasi merupakan variabel yang memiliki
pengaruh lebih besar terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa
Indonesia.

EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION CONTROL AND DISCIPLINE AGAINST
EMPLOYEE JOB AT PT. NESTLE INDOFOOD CITARASA
INDONESIA MEDAN
This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring and communication to
employees discipline working at PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia (NICI) Medan.
The hypothesis of this study is the monitoring and communication positive and
significant impact on the discipline of employees working at PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa
Indonesia (NICI) Medan. The method used is descriptive analysis method and the
method of multiple linear regression statistical analysis.
The results showed that partially or simultaneously, monitoring and communications
has a significant positive effect on PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia (NICI) Medan
employee discipline. And communication is variable that has a greater influence to
employee discipline on PT Nestle Indofood Citarasa Indonesia (NICI) Medan.
