Korelasi C-Telopeptide Serum Dengan Densitas Tulang Pada Wanita Pasca Menopause
2. Kemampuan pengujian melalui pengukuran kadar serum CTx untuk
membedakan antara orang-orang dengan densitas tulang yang
rendah dan mereka yang normal sebesar 68%, dengan sensitivity
sebesar 84% dan spesifisity sebesar 50%.
5.2 Saran
CTx tidak dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk pemeriksaan
osteoporosis jika terdapat fasilitas sarana pemeriksaan DXA.
Dimana diketahui pemeriksaan DXA masih merupakan baku emas
untuk pemeriksaan kepadatan tulang.
