Saya, ALI ALATAS, Menteri Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia, dengan merujuk
pada pendepositan piagam pengesanan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada
tanggal 18 September 1979 terhadap Konvensi Paris mengenai Perlindungan terhadap
Hak Milik Industri 20 Maret 1883, sebagaimana diubah di Stockholm tanggal 14 Juli
1967, dengan pernyataan bahwa ratifikasi tersebu.t tidak berlaku untuk Pasal 1 sampai
12 Kohvensi, dengan ini menyatakan bahwa, berdasarkan Pasal 20 (1 )(c), Pemerintah
memberlakukan ratifikasi terhadap Pasal 1 sampai 12 Konvensi terse but.

INSTRUMENT OF NOTIFICATION
I, ALI ALATAS , Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia,
referring to the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, on September
18, 1979, of its instrument of ratification of the Paris Convention for the Protection of
Industrial Property signed on 20 March 1883, as revised at Stockholm on 14 July 1967,
WI th a declaration to the effect that its ratification shall not app ly to Articles 1 to·12 of
the said Convention , hereby declares, in accordance with Article 20 (1 Hc), that it
extends the effects of its ratification to Articles 1 to 12 of the said Convention .

Stockholm Act (1967): A notification was deposited by the
Government of the Argentine Republic in which that Government
indicated its desire to avail itself of the provisions of Article 30(2) of
the Stockholm Act of the Paris Convention. That notification entered
into force on the date of its receipt, that is, on October 7, 1970.
Pursuant to the said Article, the Argentine Republic, which was a
member of the Paris Union, could, for five years from April 26, 1970,
the date of entry into force of the Convention Establishing the World
Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), exercise the rights
provided under Articles 13 to 17 of the Stockholm Act of the Paris

Stockholm Act (1967): A notification was deposited by the
Government of the Argentine Republic in which that Government
indicated its desire to avail itself of the provisions of Article 30(2) of
the Stockholm Act of the Paris Convention. That notification entered
into force on the date of its receipt, that is, on October 7, 1970.
Pursuant to the said Article, the Argentine Republic, which was a
member of the Paris Union, could, for five years from April 26, 1970,
the date of entry into force of the Convention Establishing the World
