PENJELASAN PENELITIAN BAGI RESPONDEN
A. Keterangan Ringkas Penelitian Nama saya Amen Desina Sari, mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Airlangga. Saya akan melakukan penelitian mengenai “Hubungan Faktor Fisiologis dan Faktor Psikologis Dengan Kinerja Radiografer Rumah Sakit Husada Utama Surabaya”.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor fisiologis dan faktor psikologis dengan kinerja radiografer Rumah Sakit Husada Utama Surabaya.
B. Perlakuan yang diterapkan pada responden Penelitian ini melibatkan Bapak/Ibu/Sdr./Sdri. sebagai responden penelitian saya untuk pemberian dan pengisian kuisioner mengenai faktor fisiologis, faktor psikologis dan kinerja sebagai radiografer selama kerja di Rumah Sakit Husada Utama Surabaya selama ini. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu 15-20menit.
C. Manfaat Penelitian Bagi Responden Rumah Sakit Husada Utama Surabaya.
Manfaat dalam penelitian ini Bapak/Ibu/Sdr./Sdri. mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya faktor fisiologis dan faktor psikologis sehingga
dapat meningkatkan kinerja sebagai radiografer melalui pemberian leaflet.
D. Bahaya Potensial Tidak ada bahaya potensial yang diakibatkan oleh keterlibatan Bapak/Ibu/Sdr./Sdri. dalam penelitian ini, karena dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan intervensi apapun, responden hanya diminta untuk mengisi kuisioner dan dilakukan saat bekerja ataupun saat istirahat.
E. Hak Untuk Undur Diri Keikutsertaan Bapak/Ibu/Sdr./Sdri. sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini bersifat sukarela atau tanpa adanya paksaan dan Bapak berhak untuk mengundurkan diri kapanpun, tanpa menimbulkan konsekuensi yang merugikan responden.
