PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) untuk tahun 2012 meraih Penghargaan dari Majalah Infobank sebagai salah satu BUMN kategori kinerja keuangan ‘sangat baik’. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, nilai skor tingkat kesehatan PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry
(Persero) untuk tahun 2012 berjumlah ”85,76”, yang berarti dikategorikan ”SEHAT” dengan penggolongan ”AA”, sedangkan realisasi tahun 2011 berjumlah ”85,71” yang dikategorikan ”SEHAT” dengan penggolongan ”AA”.
PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has won the Award from Infobank Magazine in 2012 as one of the SOE (State Owned Enterprise) with a ‘very good’ financial performance category. Based on result of calculations, the scores of health rate of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in 2012 is totaled ”85.76”, which means categorized as ”HEALTHY” with the classification of ”AA”.
Pada tahun 2012 PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) mengalami tren peningkatan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Laba perusahaan selama tahun 2012 setelah diaudited sebesar Rp. 159,71 miliar mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 31,85 miliar atau 25% dari perolehan laba tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 127,86 miliar. Dibandingkan dengan rencana tahun 2012, laba perusahaan mengalami pelampauan sebesar Rp 33,85 miliar atau 27% dari target yang ditetapkan selama tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 125,85 miliar. Pada sisi pendapatan, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp 1404 miliar atau 96% dari target yang direncanakan sebesar Rp 1466 miliar. Pendapatan perseroan dikontribusi oleh 58% pendapat Penyeberangan, 25% pendapatan Pelabuhan dan 17% pendapatan Aneka Usaha dan Jasa.
In 2012 PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has experienced an increasing trend compared to the previous year. The company’s profit in2012 was Rp. 159.71 billion, after audited which was increasing Rp 31.85 billion or 25% from the previous year profit of Rp 127.86 billion. Compared with the 2012 annual plan, the company experienced profit surplus of Rp 33.85 billion or 27% of the target set for 2012 amounting to Rp 125.85 billion. On the revenue side, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has booked revenues of Rp 1404 billion or
96% of the planned target of Rp 1466 billion. The company’s revenue is contributed by 58% revenues from Ferry, 25% revenue from Port and 17% revenues from Non Core Business.

PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) merupakan BUMN yang menyelenggarakan jasa angkutan penyeberangan dan pengelola pelabuhan penyeberangan untuk penumpang, kendaraan dan barang. Fungsi utama perseroan adalah menyediakan akses transportasi publik antar pulau yang bersebelahan serta menyatukan pulau-pulau besar sekaligus menyediakan akses transportasi publik ke wilayah yang belum memiliki penyeberangan guna mempercepat pembangunan (penyeberangan perintis).
PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) sebagai badan usaha milik negara yang mengkhususkan diri pada sektor penyeberangan dan kepelabuhanan beserta dengan seluruh badan usaha milik negara lainnya yang bergerak pada bidang yang sama, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyelenggarakan angkutan penyeberangan dan pelabuhan secara efektif dan efisien serta menjangkau seluruh wilayah nusantara dengan harga yang terjangkau oleh masyarakat.
Pada Tahun 1973, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) bernama proyek ASDP Ferry kemudian berubah menjadi Perum ASDP pada tahun 1986 dan selanjutnya tahun 1993 menjadi PT ASDP (Persero). Beralihnya status Perum ASDP menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan mengartikan bahwa pola usahanya diharapkan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan swasta maupun badan usaha negara lainnya tanpa meninggalkan fungsinya sebagai penyedia penyeberangan perintis.
PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise which serves ferry transport services and management of passenger ferry ports, vehicles and goods. The main function of the company is to provide access to inter-islands public transportation among adjacent islands and to integrate big islands as well to provide public transportation access to areas which yet to have ferries to accelerate the development (pioneering ferry transport).
PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) as a SOE which specialized in the sectors of ferry and ports along with all other SOE entities which engaged in the same field, has the responsibility to organize a crossing transportation and ports effectively and efficiently and to reach all areas of the archipelago with price affordable to the public.
In 1973, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) was named ASDP Ferry project then turned into ASDP Public Company in 1986 and subsequently in 1993 turned into PT ASDP (Persero). The change of status from ASDP Public Company into a Limited Company indicates that its business pattern is expected to e able to compete with private companies or other SOEs without leaving its function as the provider of pioneering crossings.

Menteri BUMN Apresiasi Penataan Pelabuhan Ketapang
Penataan di Pelabuhan Ketapang, Banyuwangi menjadi magnet bagi Menteri BUMN, Dahlan Iskan, untuk mengunjungi pelabuhan penyeberangan di ujung timur Pulau Jawa itu pada 21 Juni 2012 lalu. Saat kunjungan, GM Pelabuhan Ketapang menyampaikan bahwa penataan fasilitas pelabuhan untuk pengguna jasa akan dilakukan secara berkesinambungan seiring meningkatkan lalu lintas penyeberangan antara Jawa – Bali. The structuring at Ketapang Port, Banyuwangi has become a magnet for the Minister of SOE, Dahlan Iskan, to visit the crossing port at the eastern tip of Java in June 21st 2012. During the visit, GM of Ketapang Port stated that the structuring of port facility for service users shall be done continuously as well to increase the crossing traffic of Java-Bali.
Kementerian BUMN Apresiasi Kesuksesan Operasi Angleb 2012 ASDP Indonesia Ferry
Menteri BUMN Dahlan Iskan memberikan apresiasi atas keberhasilan ASDP Indonesia Ferry melayani Angkutan Lebaran 2012 dengan lancar dan tanpa kecelakaan (zero accident). Satu bentuk apresiasianya adalah adalah dengan menyelenggarakan Malam Apreasiasi untuk ASDP yang disiarkan secara nasional melalui Metro TV. Event Spesial yang bertajuk “ASDP Mengarungi Samudera, Menjembatani Nusantara” menghadirkan karyawan dari Cabang Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang dan Lembar. Acara tersebut telah ditayangkan pada 12 Oktober 2012.
Ministry of SOE appreciates the success of ASDP Indonesia Ferry in 2012 Lebaran Transport Operation
Ministry of SOE, Dahlan Iskan gave his appreciation for the success of ASDP Indonesia Ferry in serving the 2012 Lebaran Transport smoothly and with zero accident. One of the appreciations is done by helding an evening of appreciation for ASDP which nationally broadcasted on Metro TV. The special event which titled “ASDP crossing the ocean, bridging the nation” presented the employees from the branches of Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang and Lembar. The program has been aired on October 12th 2012.
Menteri Perhubungan Pantau Persiapan Angleb 2012 di Pelabuhan Merak
Menteri Perhubungan EE Mangindaan mengunjungai Pelabuhan Merak pada 20 Juli 2012. Kunjungan ini untuk memantau kesiapan Pelabuhan Merak, Banten untuk menyambut pemudik lebaran dari Jawa ke Sumatera. Menhub , yang didampingi oleh Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Suroyo Aliomoeso, Direktur Utama ASDP Indonesia Ferry Danang Baskoro, GM Cabang Merak Supriyanto, sempat berdiksui dengan penumpang yang akan menyeberang.
Minister of Transportation Monitored the preparation of Lebaran Transportation for 2012 in Merak Port
Minister of Transportation, EE Mangindaan visited Merak Port in July 20th 2012. The visit is to monitor the readiness of Merak Port, Banten to welcome the people returning to their hometown from Java to Sumatera. The Minister, accompanied by Directorate General of Land Transportation, Suroyo Aliomoeso; President Director of ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Danang Baskoro; Merak branch GM, Supriyanto; were discussing with the passengers who were about to cross.
Raker RKAP ASDP Indonesia Ferry Tahun 2012 Terselenggara Sukses
Rapat Kerja Perusahaan Tahun 2012 yang membahas Rencana Anggaran Kerja Perusahaan (RKAP) Tahun 2013 telah dilaksanakan pada 18-21 September 2012 di Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta. Dengan semangat “Transformasi Bisnis dan Perubahan Paradigma Sebagai Motor Pertumbuhan untuk Pencapaian Kinerja Excellent Perusahaan”, raker ini dihadiri tidak kurang 700-an peserta dari Cabang-Cabang ASDP Indonesia Ferry di seluruh Indonesia. Dalam kesempatan ini, seluruh Vice President dan General Manajemen Cabang juga telah menandatangani nota Key Performance Indicator (KPI) untuk pencapaian kinerja yang lebih baik di tahun 2013.
Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) Meeting of ASDP Indonesia Ferry in 2012 Was Done Successfully
The 2012 Corporate Meeting which discussed the Corporate Work Plan and Budget for 2013 has been done in Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya, Jakarta, 18 - 21 September 2012. With the spirit of “Business Transformation and Paradigm Change as Motor of Growth to Obtain Corporate Excellent Performance”, the meeting was attended by no less than 700 participants from all of the branches of ASDP Indonesia Ferry in all over Indonesia. On the occasion, all of the Vice President and General Management of the Branches have also signed the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Note for a better performance achievement in 2013.
ASDP Indonesia Ferry - GAPASDAP Perkuat Koordinasi Masalah Merak
Dalam rangka mencari solusi bersama mengatasi kepadatan menuju Pelabuhan Merak, ASDP Indonesia Ferry secara intensif melakukan koordinasi dengan pemilik kapal/operator swasta yang tergabung dari GAPASDAP. Salah satu pertemuan koordinasi dilaksanakan di Jakarta pada 2 Juli 2012 yang dihadiri oleh seluruh Direksi ASDP Indonesia Ferry dan pemilik kapal yang beroperasi di lintasan Merak – Bakauheni.
ASDP Indonesia Ferry - GAPASDAP Strengthens the Coordination of Merak Issue
In order to find a solution together to overcome the crowd in the access to Merak Port, ASDP Indonesia Ferry has intensively coordinated with vessel owners/private operators which joined in GAPASDAP. One of the coordination meetings was held in Jakarta, July 2nd 2012 which attended by all BOD membersof ASDP Indonesia Ferry and vessel owners who operate in the route of Merak – Bakauheuni.
ASDP Indonesia Ferry Sukseskan Operasi Angkutan Lebaran 2012
ASDP Indonesia Ferry berhasil menjalankan tugasnya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik selama masa musim Angkutan Lebaran 2012. Di 7 (tujuh) lintasan utama penyeberangan, ASDP telah menyeberangkan 3,273 juta penumpang, 36 ribu kendaraan roda 4 dan 412 ribu motor. “ Tanpa ada kecelakaan berarti yang terjadi selama masa Angleb 2012. Dengan kata lain ASDP sukses dengan zero accident,” tegas Direktur Utama ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Bapak Danang S. Baskoro.
ASDP Indonesia Ferry made the 2012 Lebaran Transportation Operation a success
ASDP Indonesia Ferry has done its mission successfully to provide better services during the Lebaran Transport season of 2012. In 7 (seven) main route of crossing, ASDP has crossed 3.273 passangers, 36 thousand four-wheeled vehicles and 412 thousand motorcycles. “Without any significant incident during the Lebaran Transport of 2012, which means ASDP is successful with zero-accident,” said President Director of ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Mr. Danang S. Baskoro.

ASDP Indonesia Ferry Terima Award dari Majalah Infobank
Atas prestasinya dalam meningkatkan kinerja perseroan, ASDP Indonesia Ferry mendapatkan penghargaan dari majalah ekonomi bergensi Infobank sebagai BUMN yang berkinerja ‘Sangat Baik’ khususnya dalam aspek keuangan. Mewakili perusahaan, Direktur Utama ASDP Indonesia Ferry Danang S. Baskoro menerima penghargaan dari Majalah Infobank tersebut pada 19 Oktober 2012 lalu di Candi Prambanan, Jawa Tengah. ASDP Indonesia Ferry earns recognition for its achievement in improving the corporate’s performance from Infobank, a prestigious economic magazine as a SOE with ‘very good’ performance, especially in the financial aspect. Representing the company, the President Director of ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Danang S. Baskoro received the award from Infobank Magazine on October 19th 2012 at Prambanan Temple, Central Java.
Pengelolaan Krisis Komunikasi ASDP Indonesia Ferry Menjadi Contoh
Forum Humas BUMN mengundang Dirut ASDP Indonesia Ferry menjadi narasumber dalam workshop ‘Mengubah Krisis menjadi Opportunity bagi Perusahaan’ yang dilaksanakan pada 2 November 2012 di Bandung. Dalam workshop tersebut ASDP Indonesia Ferry diminta untuk berbagi pengalaman mengenai pengelolaan krisis komunikasi terkait kepadatan di Pelabuhan Merak. ”Diundangnya ASDP Indonesia Ferry dalam workshop tersebut adalah salah satu bukti bahwa manajemen komunikasi kita dalam masa krisis dianggap baik oleh pejabat-pejabat Humas BUMN lain,” kata Corporate Secretary Christine Hutabarat.
The Communication Crisis Management of ASDP Indonesia Ferry Becomes an Example
The Public Relation Forum of SOE invited the President Director of ASDP Indonesia Ferry as the speaker in a workshop “Changing Crisis into Opportunity for Companies” which was held on November 2nd 2012 in Bandung. In the workshop, ASDP Indonesia Ferry was asked to share experience regarding the Communication Crisis Management related to the density in Merak Port. “With ASDP Indonesia Ferry being invited in the workshop, it proves that our communication management during crisis is considered good by other SOE’s Public Relation Officers,” said the Corporate Secretary, Christine Hutabarat.
2 Komisaris Baru untuk ASDP Indonesia Ferry
Dua orang anggota Komisaris baru telah bergabung dijajaran Dewan Komisaris PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) . Mereka adalah Ahmad Sanusi dan Capt. Bobby R. Mamahit yang menggantikan Ahmad Syukri dan Basrowi Chozin yang telah habis masa tugasnya. Ahmad Sanusi saat ini menjabat sebagi Deputi Polsoskam BPKP, sementara Capt. Bobby R. Mamahit saat ini menjabat sebagai Kepala Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. Kementerian Perhubungan. Acara serah terima jabatan telah dilaksanakan pada 6 Desember 2012 di Kantor Pusat ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
2 New Commissioners for ASDP Indonesia Ferry
Two new members of commissioners have joined the BOC of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). They are Ahmad Sanusi and Capt. Bobby R. Mamahit, who replaced Ahmad Syukri and Basrowi Chozin who have run out of term. Ahmad Sanusi currently serves as Deputy of Politic-Social-Security of BPKP, while Capt. Bobby R. Mamahit currently serves Chief of Human Resource Development Agency for Transportation, of Ministry of Transportation. The transfer of these positions has been done on December 6th 2012 in the Head Office of ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
Peresmian Pengoperasian KMP Portlink II di Lintas Lembar-Padangbai
KMP Portlink II milik ASDP Indonesia Ferry mulai melayani lintas Lembar-Padang Bai setelah pada 29 Desember 2012 diresmikan pengoperasiannya oleh Wakil Menteri Perhubungan Bambang Susantono. “Kapal berkapasitas 253 penumpang dan 50 unit kendaraan roda 4 berbagai ukuran ini merupakan kado tahun baru dari ASDP Indonesia Ferry untuk memperlancar transportasi nusantara khususnya dijalur sabuk selatan antara Bali dan Nusa Tenggara Barat, “ kata Direktur Utama ASDP Indoensia Ferry Danang S. RUPS Pengesahan RKAP Tahun 2013 ASDP Indonesia Ferry
Rencana Kerja & Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Tahun 2013 telah disahkan oleh Kementerian BUMN sebagai pemegang saham tunggal perusahaan. Pengesahan dilakukan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Sahan (RUPS) pada 21 Desember 2012 di Kantor Kementerian BUMN Lantai 12, Jakarta. Hadir dalam RUPS adalah Pgs. Deputi Infrastruktur & Logistik Kementerian BUMN Harry Susetyo Nugroho yang mewakili pemegang sahamm serta Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders) for the endorsement of ASDP Indonesia Ferry 2013 Corporate Work Plan & Budget
The Corporate Work Plan & Budget (RKAP) of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) for 2013 has been approved by the Ministry of SOE as the sole shareholder of the company. The endorsement was done in the GMS on December 21st 2012 at Ministry of SOE’s Building, 12th Floor, in Jakarta. The GMS is also attended by Deputy of Infrastructure & Logistic of Ministry of SOE, Harry Susetyo Nugroho who represented the shareholders and the BOC and BOD of ASDP Indonesia Ferry.

Inauguration for the operation of KMP Portlink II in the route of Lembar-Padangbai
KMP Portlink II which owned by ASDP Indonesia Ferry has started serving the route of Lembar-Padang Bai after it has been inaugurated on December 29th 2012 by the Deputy Minister of Transportation, Bambang Susantono. ”The vessel which has a capacity for 253 passengers and 50 units of 4-wheeled vehicles of various sizes is a new-year gift from ASDP Indonesia Ferry to facilitate the national transport, especially the southern belt of the belt between Bali and West Nusa Tenggara,” said President Director of ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Danang S. Baskoro at the inauguration.

Selama tahun 2012 produksi usaha pelabuhan diperoleh dari pelayanan di 34 pelabuhan yang terdiri dari 50 dermaga moveable bridge, 20 dermaga plengsengan dan 6 dermaga ponton yang tersebar di 17 cabang PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia.
Pendapatan usaha pokok pelabuhan di tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 30,86 miliar atau 13% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp 319,64 miliar. Sedangkan dibandingkan dengan rencana tahun 2012, pendapatan usaha pelabuhan tercapai sebesar Rp. 360,72 miliar atau 109% dari rencana tahun 2012 sebesar Rp. 329,86 miliar. Produksi usaha pelabuhan komersil selama tahun 2012 relatif terjadi peningkatan jika dibandingkan tahun 2011, kecuali produksi penumpang dan pas non terpadu, jika dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012, pelampauan terjadi pada produksi jasa sandar, jasa parkir dan barang, kecuali produksi penumpang, kendaraan, pemeliharaan dermaga dan pas non terpadu di bawah rencana yang ditetapkan.
Produksi usaha pelabuhan perintis selama tahun 2012 relatif terjadi peningkatan jika dibandingkan produksi selama tahun 2011, kecuali produksi pas non terpadu. Jika dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012, penurunan produksi pelabuhan perintis terjadi pada produksi jasa sandar, jasa parkir, barang dan pas non terpadu. Uraian produksi pelabuhan perintis ditampilkan dalam tabel berikut:
Secara umum jika dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012, realisasi produksi usaha pelabuhan perintis relatif tidak mencapai rencana terutama produksi jasa sandar dan pas non terpadu, sedangkan produksi penumpang, kendaraan dan pemeliharaan dermaga tercapai di atas rencana. Tidak tercapainya produksi ini disebabkan oleh armada kapal yang beroperasi di Pelabuhan Mamuju sebanyak 1 unit kapal dari 2 unit kapal yang direncanakan dan akibat cuaca buruk selama lima hari di Cabang Kupang sehingga kapal tidak beroperasi di semua lintasan.
During the year of 2012, the production of port business is obtained form services at 34 ports which consists of 50 moveable bridge docks, 20 retaining wall docks, and 6 pontoon docks which spread across 17 branches of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry ( Persero ) in Indonesia .
The revenue from main port business in 2012 has increased by Rp 30.86 billion or 13 % from the previous year amounting to Rp 319.64 billion. While compared to the plan in 2012, the port operating revenues reached Rp. 360.72 billion or 109 % from the plan in 2012 of Rp. 329.86 billion.
The production of commercial port business for the year 2012 has increased relatively compared to 2011, except for the production of passengers and non- integrated fitting, if it is compared to the RKAP In 2012, the surplus occurred in the production of dock services, parking and goods services, except for the production of passenger, vehicle, dock maintenance and non- integrated fit under the set plan. The production of pioneering ports during the year 2012 has been increasing relatively compared to the production during 2011, except for non- integrated fitting production. If it is compared to the RKAP in 2012, the decline in the pioneering ports production occurred in the production of standard services, parking services, goods and non-integrated fitting. The detail of pioneering ports production is displayed in the table:
In general, if it is compared to RKAP in 2012, the actual production from pioneering ports has not relatively reached the plan, especially the production of standard services and non-integrated fitting, while the production of passenger, vehicle and dock maintenance were achieved over the plan . The failure to achieve production is caused by a fleet which operated in Mamuju Port, in a total of 1 unit of vessel from the two vessel units which were planned and due to bad weather for five days in Kupang branch so that the vessels did not operate in all routes.
The actual revenues from ferry business sector in 2012 has increased by Rp 121.11 billion or 18 % from the year 2011 amounting to Rp 686.51 billion. However, compared to the plan in 2012, the actual revenue from ferry business sector reached Rp 807.62 billion, or 82 % of the plan in 2012, amounted to Rp 990.06 billion.

Realisasi pendapatan penyeberangan di tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 121,11 miliar atau 18% dari tahun 2011 sebesar Rp 686,51 miliar. Namun dibandingkan dengan rencana tahun 2012, realisasi pendapatan penyeberangan tercapai sebesar Rp. 807,62 miliar atau 82% dari rencana tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 990,06 miliar.
Selama tahun 2012 kegiatan perusahaan masih tetap melaksanakan dua misi yaitu misi komersil dan misi penugasan atau perintis. Produksi usaha penyeberangan selama tahun 2012 diperoleh dari pelayanan penyeberangan di 46 lintasan komersil dan 116 lintasan perintis yang dilayani oleh 64 kapal lintasan komersil dan 51 kapal lintasan perintis.
Produksi penyeberangan komersil selama tahun 2012 mengalami kenaikan jika dibandingkan tahun 2011. Sementara jika dibandingkan dengan RKAP Tahun 2012, realisasi produksi penyeberangan komersil tidak tercapai terutama terkait dengan pengadaan 4 kapal bekas untuk lintasan komersil, kerusakan kapal, tidak terealisasinya rencana relokasi kapal antar cabang serta cuaca buruk yang terjadi di Cabang Jepara, Selayar dan Sibolga. Produksi penyeberangan Perintis selama tahun 2012 mengalami kenaikan jika dibandingkan tahun 2011 dan mengalami pelampauan terhadap RKAP 2012, kecuali produksi barang Produksi penyeberangan, selama periode 2008-2012 menunjukkan bahwa produksi penyeberangan terus mengalami kenaikan. Kenaikan ini terjadi terutama dari tahun 2011 ke tahun 2012. Penyebab kenaikan produksi di tahun 2012 karena terdapat penambahan kapal sebanyak 5 unit kapal dan penambahan 23 lintasan baru dibandingkan dengan tahun 2011. Jumlah lintasan di tahun 2011 sebanyak 154 lintasan dan pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 162 lintasan yang terdiri atas 46 lintasan komersil dan 116 lintasan perintis.
During the year of 2012 the company was still carrying out activities of two mission, which are the commercial mission and the assignation / pioneering mission. The production from ferr business ector during 2012 was obtained from ferry services in 46 commercial routes and 116
pioneer routes which served by 64 commercial vessels and 51pioneering vessels.
The production of commercial ferry during the year of 2012 has increased if it is compared to 2011. While if it is compared with the RKAP in 2012, the actual production of commercial ferry is not achieved, especially related to the procurement of 4 used ships for commercial route, damage of the ships, the unrealization of inter- branch vessel relocation plan and bad weather that occurred in the branch of Jepara, Selayar and Sibolga. The production of pioneering ferry during 2012 when it is compared to 2011 has been increasing towards the RKAP 2012, except for the production of goods.
The production of ferry business during the period of 2008-2012 has shown that the ferry production has continually increased. The increase occurred primarily from 2011 to 2012. The
cause of such production increase in 2012 was because of the addition of five ship units and the addition of 23 new tracks compared to they year of 2011. The number of tracks in 2011 was 154 tracks and in 2012 were 162 tracks, which consisted of 46 commercial routes and 116 pioneer routes.

Pendapatan Aneka Usaha Jasa tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 235,86 miliar atau 161% dari rencana tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 146,69 miliar. Peningkatan pendapatan disebabkan jumlah kapal yang mengisi BBM di SPBBU Khusus Cabang Merak pada RKAP 2012 diperkirakan sebanyak 21 unit kapal namun terealisasi antara 25 - 35 unit kapal.
Produksi Divisi Aneka Usaha Jasa selama tahun 2012 masih di dominasi oleh penjualan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang dijual oleh SPPB Pelabuhan Merak. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada realisasi pendapatan atas penjualan BBM mencapai 93% dari total pendapatan yang diperoleh Aneka Usaha Jasa. Realisasi penjualan BBM selama tahun 2012 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 61% dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012. Realisasi produksi pada tahun 2012 mencapai 53.803 Kilo Liter sementara produksi pada RKAP sebesar 30.361 Kilo Liter. Kenaikan produksi ini disebabkan selama tahun 2012 jumlah kapal yang mengisi BBM di SPBB Khusus Cabang Merak pada RKAP 2012 diperkirakan sebanyak 21 unit kapal namun terealisasi antara 25 - 35 unit kapal
The revenue of Non Core Business in 2012 was Rp 235.86 billion or 161% of the plan in 2012 which was amounted to Rp 146.69 billion. The increase of the revenue is due to the number of vessels which filled the fuel in Merak Branch Special Gas Station (SPBBU) in the RKAP 2012 was estimated 21 ship units and it was realized into 25 – 25 ship units.
The production from Miscellaenous Business Services during 2012 was still dominated by the sales of fuel oil (BBM) which was sold by Merak Port SPPB. This is seen from the actual revenue on fuel oil sales which reached 93 % of the total revenue earned by Non Core Business. The realization of fuel oil sales during 2012 has increased by 61 % compared to the RKAP in 2012. The actual production in 2012 has reached 53.803 Kilo Liters while the production in the RKAP was 30.361 Kilo Liters. The production increase is due to a number of ships which fill the fuel oil at Merak Branch Special SPBB in 2012. The number of ships which estimated in RKAP 2012 was 21 ship units while the actual number was between 25 – 35 ship units.

Dari 120 kapal yang tersedia, kapal yang siap guna operasi sebanyak 117 kapal yang terdiri dari kapal lintasan komersil sebanyak 65 kapal, 50 kapal di lintasan perintis, 1 kapal charter, 1 kapal KSO dan 3 kapal non produktif yaitu KMP Asmat, KMC Sundari I dan KMC Sundari II yang disetujui untuk di scrap. Selama tahun 2012, jumlah pelabuhan yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) sebanyak 34 pelabuhan dengan 76 dermaga. Kondisi pelabuhan dan fasilitas penunjang dalam kondisi baik. Hal ini karena secara rutin dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin dan penambahan investasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada para pengguna jasa. Untuk menjaga kondisi dan performansi alat produksi tersebut, maka kebijakan perawatan pelabuhan penyeberangan yang diterapkan adalah preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance.
During 2012, the numbers of ports that are owned and managed by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) were 34 ports with 76 docks. The condition of port and supporting facilities was in good condition. This is because it is routinely performed maintenance and additional investment to improve the quality of service to the service users. To maintain the condition and performance of the production equipment, the maintenance policy for the ferry ports which has been applied are preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

Produksi Divisi Aneka Usaha Jasa selama tahun 2012 masih di dominasi oleh penjualan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang dijual oleh SPPB Pelabuhan Merak. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada realisasi pendapatan atas penjualan BBM mencapai 93% dari total pendapatan yang diperoleh Aneka Usaha Jasa. Realisasi penjualan BBM selama tahun 2012 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 61% dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012. Realisasi produksi pada tahun 2012 mencapai 53.803 Kilo Liter sementara produksi pada RKAP sebesar 30.361 Kilo Liter. Kenaikan produksi ini disebabkan selama tahun 2012 jumlah kapal yang mengisi BBM di SPBB Khusus Cabang Merak pada RKAP 2012 diperkirakan sebanyak 21 unit kapal namun terealisasi antara 25 - 35 unit kapal. Produksi BBM Divisi Aneka Usaha dan Jasa diurai dalam tabel berikut: Secara umum jika dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012,
realisasi produksi usaha pelabuhan perintis relatif tidak mencapai rencana terutama produksi jasa sandar dan pas non terpadu, sedangkan produksi penumpang, kendaraan dan pemeliharaan dermaga tercapai di atas rencana. Tidak tercapainya produksi ini disebabkan oleh armada kapal yang beroperasi di Pelabuhan Mamuju sebanyak 1 unit kapal dari 2 unit kapal yang direncanakan dan akibat cuaca buruk selama lima hari di Cabang Kupang sehingga kapal tidak beroperasi di semua lintasan.
In general, if it is compared to RKAP in 2012, the actual production in pioneer ports has not relatively reached the production plan especially the production of docking services and non-integrated fitting, while the production of passengers, vehicles and dock maintenance were achieved beyond the plan. The failure to achieve the production was caused by there was only one fleet of ships which operated in the Port of Mamuju out of the 2 ships planned and due to bad weather for five days in Kupang branch which made the ships did not operate in all routes.
The production of Non Core Business in 2012 was still dominated by sales of fuel oil (BBM) which is sold by Merak SPBB. It can be seen on revenue of fuel sales which reached 93% of the total revenue which earned by Non Core Business. The actual oil sales in 2012 was increasing by 61% if it is compared to RKAP in 2012. The actual production in 2012 reached 53.803 Kilo Liters, while the production in RKAP was 30.361 Kilo Liters. The increase in production is due to during 2012 the number of ships that fill the fuel in Merak Branch Special SPBB (Fuel Station) in RKAP 2012 was estimated 21 ship units, but the actual was between 25 -35 ship units. Produksi usaha pelabuhan perintis selama tahun 2012 relatif terjadi peningkatan jika dibandingkan produksi selama tahun 2011, kecuali produksi pas non terpadu. Jika dibandingkan RKAP Tahun 2012, penurunan produksi pelabuhan perintis terjadi pada produksi jasa sandar, jasa parkir, barang dan pas non terpadu. Pada tahun 2012, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) telah melakukan peningkatan terhadap implementasi teknologi khususnya dibidang Teknologi Informasi. Teknologi Informasi diterapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan khususnya tata kelola manajemen organisasi secara keseluruhan, serta meningkatkan pelayanan di pelabuhan – pelabuhan PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), diantaranya: a. Pelaksanaan Project IT meliputi penerapan aplikasi PKBL,
IFAS pada tahap go live, pengadaan lisensi microsoft office 2010, pengadaan lisensi untuk Mic Project 2010 dan Mic Visio 2010 serta pembuatan masterplan dan tata kelola TI b. Pengadaan CCTV di Pelabuhan Merak, Bakauheni,
Ketapang dan Gilimanuk, pembelian peralatan infrastruktur CCTV untuk Pelabuhan Bastiong serta penerapan E- ticketing di Pelabuhan Ketapang, Gilimanuk dan Pototano
c. Pengadaan infrastruktur IT kantor pusat dan cabang seperti peremajaan server, pemeliharaan server yang rusak.
d. Pengadaan jaringan internet melalui jasa sewa VPN antar cabang, koneksi jaringan internet untuk kantor pusat, setting VPN di Cabang Pontianak, Balikpapan dan Kayangan serta renewal lisensi Antivirus Kaspersky.
Dalam rangka pengembangan organisasi dan penyesuaian dengan dinamika industri, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) melakukan pengembangan secara berkesinambungan yaitu dengan melakukan kajian kajian diantaranya:
a. Pembuatan studi kelayakan pengadaan Kapal Ro-Ro bekas di lintas Ketapang – Gilimanuk; Lembar – Padang Bai; Kayangan – Pototano dan Bajoe – Kolaka
b. Studi kelayakan lintasan baru Surabaya – Banjarmasin c. Studi kelayakan pembangunan 2 (dua) Kapal Ro-Ro baru di
lintas penyeberangan Merak – Bakauheni
d. Survei kelas bisnis dan eksekutif di armada Kapal PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) dan armada kapal swasta
e. Survei kepuasan pelanggan tahun 2012
f. Kajian tentang rencana pembukaan lintasan luar negeri Dumai – Malaka
g. Survei optimalisasi lahan reklamasi Pelabuhan Bajoe
h. Kajian pembangunan Mall terintegrasi di eks-terminal Pelabuhan Merak
i. Kajian optimalisasi lahan tidur area Pelabuhan Bakauheni j. Melakukan kajian pelayanan non ekonomi pada bisnis
pelabuhan dan penyeberangan di lintas Merak – Bakauheni
In 2012 , PT . ASDP Indonesia Ferry ( Persero ) has made improvements to the implementation of technology, especially in the field of Information Technology . Information technology is applied in order to improve the performance of company, especially the overall organizational management, and to improve services at the ports of PT . ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), including:
a. IT Project implementation includes implementation of CSR application , IFAS on the phase of ‘go live’, Microsoft Office 2010 license procurement, Microsoft Project 2010 and Microsoft Visio 2010 license procurement and the making of the master plan and IT governance.
b. The procurement of CCTV in the port of Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang and Gilimanuk, the purchase of CCTV infrastructure equipment for the Port Bastiong and the implementation of e-ticketing in the port of Ketapang , Gilimanuk and Pototano.
c. The procurement of IT infrastructure in the Head and Branch Office such as the server rejuvenation, and maintenance of the damaged server.
d. The procurement of internet network over a VPN rental services between branches, internet network connection to the Head Office, VPN setting in the branch of Pontianak, Balikpapan and Kayangan and the Kaspersky Antivirus license renewal.
In order to develop the organization and alignment with the industry dynamics, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has done an ongoing development, by conducting several studies, such as:
a. Conducting a feasibility study of Ro - Ro used ship procurement in the routes of Ketapang - Gilimanuk ; Sheet – Padang Bai; Kayangan - Pototano and Bajoe – Kolaka.
b. Feasibility study of a new route Surabaya-Banjarmasin c. Feasibility study of the construction of 2 (two) Ro-Ro ships
in the crossing route of Merak – Bakauheni
d. Survey of business and executive class in the fleet of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) and private fleet
e. Survey of Costumer Satisfaction in 2012
f. Review on the plan to open an abroad route Dumai – Malaka
g. Survey on reclamation land optimization at Port of Bajoe h. Review on the construction of an integrated mall at the
ex-terminal of Merak Port
i. Optimization studies of the unused land area in Bakauheni Port.
j. Conduct studies on non-economic services on port and crossing business and in the route of Merak – Bakauheni.

Dalam rangka mendistribusikan barang-barang keperluan organisasi dan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional cabang-cabang, yang diadakan di kantor pusat. PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) melalui Divisi Logistik merealisasikan kerjasama saling menguntungkan dengan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) untuk menjamin kelancaran pengiriman barang ke cabang-cabang yang berlokasi hampir di seluruh Indonesia. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pengiriman barang-barang keseluruh cabang-cabang PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) selama tahun 2012 sebesar Rp. 1,3 miliar.
Sedangkan untuk menjamin kebutuhan akan tiket sebagai sarana untuk kelangsungan penerimaan pendapatan di cabang-cabang PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), perusahaan telah berkerjasama dengan Perum Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia dengan pertimbangan sinergi BUMN, pelayanan baik, tepat waktu dalam pengiriman dan lokasi terjangkau dari kantor pusat. Selama tahun 2012 biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk mencetak tiket sebesar Rp. 1,38 miliar untuk 26,17 juta lembar.
Selain itu, Divisi Logistik melakukan kualifikasi terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan yang ingin menjadi rekanan di PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Selama triwulan IV tahun 2012 terdapat 60 perusahaan yang tercatat ingin menjadi rekanan.
In order to distribute the goods as needs of organizations and to support the smooth operation of the branches, which was held at the Head Office, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) through the Division of Logistics had realized a mutually beneficial cooperation with PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) to ensure the smooth delivery of the goods to the branches located in all over Indonesia . The incurred cost for the delivery of goods to all the branch offices of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in 2012 was Rp.1.3 billion.
Meanwhile, to ensure the need of tickets as means of income revenue continuity in the branches of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), the company has collaborated with Printing Public Corporation of the Republic of Indonesia, with the consideration of synergy among SOEs, good services, timely delivery and its location is affordable from the Head Office. During 2012, the cost incurred by the company to print tickets was Rp 1.38 billion for 26.17 millions of ticket piece. In addition, the Division of Logistics has conducted a qualification to companies who want to become partners with PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). During the fourth quarter of 2012, there were 60 listed companies who wanted to become partners.
