Training, dated October 28, 1976, between the Government of the
Republic of Indonesia ("Govermrent") and the Government of the
United States of America, acting through

Agency for International

Development ("A. I.D. "), is :tereby amended by this Amendment dated
September 30 , 1981, as follows:
I. Article I: The Loan
In the first sentence of Section 1.01 "The Loan", delete "Five
Million United States Dollars ($5,000,000)" and subs titute "Five
Million Seven Hundred Thousand United St2tes Dollars ($5,700,000)".
II. Article VI:

In Section 6 .05, "Terminal Date for Disbursement," delete the first
sentence and substitute:

in full force and effect.
