Desiring to co-operate in the jmplementaLion of the master
plan for gas distribution in the Bandung area ( hereinafter
refered to as the Pt"o.ject ) .

Objectives of the Project.
1.
In recent years the demand for· public gas h as
increased
enormously
in
the Dandung area,
and the supply
and
distribution nctHork has to be adapted accordingly .
Taking into consideration the existing data available on the
present situation, including
natural gas availability in the
region,
Lhc project Hill propose a masterplan for a
future
transmission and distribuLion system in this area.
2.
The project is further described a n d detailed jn the "Terms
of Reference" attached to this Specific Agreement and bei n g
an integral part of it.

Transfer of !mow-how being a basic policy issue of
GovernmenL of the Republic of Indonesia, all possible efforts
will be made so that the Belgian experts will work closely

Executing Agency.
1.
The Government of the Kingdom of Belgium design ates the
Belgian
Administr ation
for
Development
Co-operation
(hereinafter referred to as B.A . D .C ) as its
executing
agency.
B . A.D.C.
is represenLed in Indo n esia by the
Development Co-op eration Section o f the Belgian Embassy in
Jakarta.
The B.A.D.C . will ent rust the implementation of
its contribution to experienced consultan t(s).

The ｇｯｶ･ｾｮｭｌ＠
o f the Republic or Indonesia designates Lhe
Perusaho.un Gas Negara ,
hereinafter referred to as PGN as its
executing Agency responsible for t he implementation to its
contribution and operatiunul matters of the project.
