This Memorandum sets out the understanding between Asosiasi Dana
Pensiun Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as ADPI) and the Association
Of Superannuation Funds Of Australia Ltd (hereinafter referred to as
ASFA) as follows:

In fulfilment of the objective to promote and advance the science and practice
of the administration, investment and actuarial aspects of pension
funds/superannuation funds, ADPI and ASFA will cooperate with each other
for the achievement and improvement of the implementation of
pension/superannuation plans in Indonesia and Australia.

1.

The cooperation between ADPI and ASFA under this Memorandum of
Understanding shall cover, inter alia
•

Exchange of information, knowledge and experience in pension/

superannuation plans;

•

Making available to each other, wherever feasible, training and
educational programmes and facilities including seminars and
workshops.
