ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat PengaruhIklim Organisasi
terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan PT.
Pertamina (Persero) UP II DUMAI. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah non probability samplingdengan jumlah sampel yang berjumlah 117
karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) UP II DUMAI. Dalam mengumpulkan data,
peneliti menggunakan skala Iklim Organisasi berdasarkan teori Stringer (2002)
tentang dimensi Iklim Organisasimeliputi:Struktur, Standar-standar, Tanggung
Jawab,Penghargaan, Dukungan, dan Komitmen. SkalaOCBberdasarkan teori
Organ(2006)berdasarkan dimensi: Helping Behavior, Conscientiousness,
Sportmanship, danCivic Virtue.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh positif antara iklim organisasi dengan OCB karyawan (R= 0,727, p <
0,05).Dari hasil analisa tersebut juga diketahui bahwa iklim organisasi
berkontribusi sebanyak 52,8% terhadap OCB karyawan PT. Pertamina
(PERSERO) UP II, Dumai.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to see the Influence of Organizationa Climate on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee PT. Pertamina
(Persero) UP II DUMAI. The sampling technique used was non probability
sampling with a simple size of 117 employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) UP II
DUMAI. In collecting the data, the researcher used the Organizational Climate
scale based on Stringer (2002) theory about the dimension of Organizational
Climate including: Structure, Standards, Responsibility, Reward, Warm and
Support, Commitment. OCB scale based on Organ (2006) dimension include:
Helping Behavior, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship,andCivic Virtue.The results
showed there was a positive relationship between organizational climate and
employees‟s organizational citizenship behavior (R=0,727, p < 0,05). These
results indicate that organizational climate contributed 52,8% to employees‟s
organizational citizenship behavior PT. Pertamina (PERSERO) UP II, Dumai.
