ABSTRAK

ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN MODAL USAHA PERKEBUNAN TEH UNTUK
MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI DAERAH
KECAMATAN SIDAMANIK KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan
karyawan petani teh yang berada di Kecamatan Sidamanik yaitu berupa tingkat
pendidikan mereka, tingkat kesehatan mereka, serta tingkat pendapatan karyawan
petani teh tersebut. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data
primer yang di peroleh langsung dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dan data
sekunder yang di peroleh dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Metode penelitian
yang di gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan tingkat kesejahteraan petani teh di kecamatan Sidamanik cukup
baik, pengujian dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dapat di simpulkan bahwa
variabel pendapatan, variabel pendidikan, dan variabel kesehatan memiliki
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejateraan karyawan petani kebun teh.
Secara umum mengindikasikan derajat yang cukup baik sehingga dapat di
simpukan bahwa rumah tangga karyawan petani di Kecamatan Sidamanik
tergolong sejahtera.

ABSTRACT
BUSINESS CAPITAL NEEDS ANALYSIS FOR TEA PLANTATION
INCREASING WELFARE REGIONAL DISTRICT FARMERS
SIDAMANIK SIMALUNGUN
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee welfare tea
farmers in Sub Sidamanik in the form of their level of education, level of their
health, as well as the income level of employees of the tea farmers. The data used
in this study are primary data obtained directly from interviews and observations
and secondary data obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics). The
research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed the
level of welfare of farmers in the district Sidamanik tea is quite good, the test with
classic assumption test can be concluded that the income variable, the variable
educational and health variables have a positive and significant impact on
employee well-being of farmers tea gardens. Generally indicates a fairly good
degree so that it can at simpukan that household employees farmers in Sub

Sidamanik relatively prosperous.
