Layanan DAHANA terintegrasi mulai dari produksi bahan peledak, jasa pengeboran dan peledakan hingga jasa terkait bahan peledak lainnya seperti demolisi, pergudangan, konsultasi dan perizinan serta mobilisasi bahan peledak, juga layanan bahan peledak untuk pertahanan seperti propelan untuk munisi besar dan kecil, roket, PETN dan bom pesawat tempur.

The integrated Services of DAHANA from production of explosives, drilling and blasting services until related services such as demolition, warehousing, consulting and licensing as well as the mobilization of explosives, also the explosives services for defense as propellants for large munition and small munition, rocket, PETN and warplanes bomb.

Pemegang Saham yang terhormat,

Dengan memanjatkan Puji dan Syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, teriring apresiasi yang tinggi kepada seluruh jajaran direksi dan karyawan yang telah bekerja dengan keras hingga bisa mempertahankan prestasinya ditahun 2016.

Beberapa langkah strategis yang kami lakukan di 2015 merupakan titik awal perusahaan dalam menyongsong 2016 menjadi lebih baik. Seiring dengan kondisi perekonomian nasional dan perkembangan industri

perseroan, sebagaimana arahan kami terhadap direksi untuk terus melakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan dalam menjaga target pendapatan telah berjalan dengan baik. Upaya-upaya tersebut tetap mempertimbangkan serta memperhatikan kondisi makro Indonesia baik secara ekonomi, politik dan keamanan, menjaga kondisi keuangan, pembinaan SDM, serta optimalisasi kegiatan lainnya.

Layanan Inovatif untuk Indonesia

Keseriusan kami di 2016 untuk pembaharuan Indonesia tidak lepas dari maksud dan tujuan strategi korporasi (corporate strategy) yakni, visi dan misi. Melalui langkah tersebut, kami dapat mendeinisikan langkah strategis lebih detil dalam menyusun strategi bisnis (business strategy) agar dapat bersaing sekaligus menjadi nilai tambah bagi perusahaan sehingga berimplikasi positif terhadap kebutuhan pasar.

Perusahaan meyakini bentuk inovasi teknologi yang diciptakan menjadi kunci ketertarikan konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan sudah dimilikinya pabrik yang ditempatkan di lokasi tambang sebagai solusi eisiensi kinerja operasi yang dikenal dengan On Site Plant

(OSP). Serta dukungan 22 unit pabrik berjalan yang merupakan hasil karya dan inovasi insan DAHANA yang dikenal dengan sebutan MMT (Mobile Manufacturing Unit).

Prospek Usaha Penilaian Kinerja Direksi 2016

Dewan Komisaris menilai Direksi telah berhasil menjaga tren kinerja positif yang telah dicapai pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Hal tersebut tercermin kembali dalam kinerja pertumbuhan dan proitabilitas pada 2016.

Semua pencapaian di 2016 berkat kerja keras direksi yang berhasil memformulasikan secara tepat segala potensi yang ada di perusahaan, salah satunya dengan terus menggenjot inovasi produk bahan peledak yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan pasar.

While extending our gratitude to God the Almighty, we would like to convey our highest appreciation to the Directors and employees who have shown their great work so that the Company was able to maintain its excellent performance in 2016.

Some strategic steps we took in 2015 became out initial point for getting ready for better performance in 2016. Owing to the unfavorable economic and industrial condition, the Board of Commissioners required that the Directors take their best efforts to make sure that necessary improvement was undertaken and target was achieved. This was attempted making careful consideration on the bases of Indonesia’s macro-economic condition in terms of

politics and security; inancial condition,

improvement of human resources and optimizing other related activities. Innovative Services for Indonesia Our commitment in 2016 in support to renewed Indonesia is an inseparable part of

our corporate strategy as speciied in our

vision and missions. Under such vision and

missions, we deine our business strategic

steps in a more detailed way to make sure that we are able to compete and create more added value to the Company for positive implication towards the market’s need. The Company believes that technology innovation is the key to improvement of customers’ satisfaction and growth of interest. This can be seen by our attempt of locating manufacturing plant around the mining vicinity that enables us to gain

more eficient operation performance.

This is what we call as On Site Plant (OSP), which enjoys a support of 22 (twenty-two) mobile manufacturing facilities called MMT (Mobile Manufacturing Unit), that is truly an innovation developed by DAHANA’s dedicated people.

2016 Business Prospect and Directors’ Performance

Board of Commissioners is happy to say that Directors have managed to maintain the Company’s positive performance trend as can be seen from the Company’s performance and

proitability improvement in 2016.

All the achievement in 2016 was made through the Directors’ hard work that has successfully and accurately formulated all the available potentials, among others, by engagement in innovation of explosive products tailored to the market’s need. Rizky Ferianto

Di sisi lain, Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan mengembangkan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik/Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) yang terus disesuaikan dengan tantangan dan perubahan yang terjadi sesuai dengan masanya. Bagaimanapun juga, penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik dapat mendorong kinerja perusahaan lebih baik dalam mencapai suatu target usaha. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik, Dewan Komisaris dalam menjalankan tugasnya dibantu oleh Komite Audit, dimana Komite Audit bertugas untuk mendukung fungsi Dewan Komisaris melalui keahlian mereka secara independen dan profesional. Dewan Komisaris melalui Komite Audit melakukan pengawasan atas informasi keuangan dan pengendalian internal perusahaan dengan meminta laporan kemajuan pengelolaan perseroan secara berkala. Dewan Komisaris mendukung penuh segala upaya untuk memastikan penerapan di seluruh aspek kegiatan usaha perseroan. Kami yakin bahwa penerapan yang baik merupakan proses yang harus dilaksanakan untuk memastikan usaha jangka panjang secara berkesinambungan.

Komposisi Komisaris pada 2016 berjumlah 4 (empat) orang. Hal ini sesuai dengan Kepmen BUMN nomor: SK-63/MBU/03/2016 tanggal 22 Maret 2016 yang mengalami pergantian dari Sdr. R. Ediwan Prabowo sebagai Komisaris Utama dan Sdr. Marzan Azis Iskandar sebagai Komisaris serta mengangkat Sdr. Widodo sebagai Komisaris Utama dan Sdr. Rizky Ferianto sebagai Komisaris.

Juga sesuai dengan Kepmen BUMN tanggal 3 Agustus 2016 nomor : SK-170/MBU/08/2016 tanggal 3 Agustus 2016 yang mengangkat Sdr. Saud Usman Nasution sebagai Komisaris.

Apresiasi

Dalam kesempatan ini, kami sampaikan pula ucapan terima kasih kepada para pemegang saham yang terhormat. Kami masih terus berharap dukungan Pemegang Saham demi kemajuan perusahaan, sehingga perusahaan dapat terus maju dan berkontribusi kepada kemajuan ekonomi Indonesia.

Komisaris Utama Corporate Governance and Composition of

Board of Commissioners and Directors The Company has been able to improve its performance by developing its Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in response to the underlying challenges and inevitable changes. It is our belief that implementation of Good Corporate Governance encourages us to perform better for business target achievement.

Therefore, the Board of Commissioners, while performing duties, works under assistance of the Audit Committee which— with their expertise serves to independently and professionally support the Board of Commissioners in terms of supervisory and

auditory works on inancial information and

internal control by requiring regular delivery of the Company’s management report. The Board of Commissioners has been in full support as to ensure that implementation of GCG in all aspects of the Company’s activities are attempted. We are sure that proper implementation of GCG is an obligatory process for the sake of long-term business sustainability.

The Board of Commissioners is composed of four members in, which is in compliance with Decree of Minister of State-owned Enterprise number SK-63/MBU/03/2016 dated 22 March 2016, with Mr Widodo succeeding Mr R. Ediwan Prabowo as President Commissioner and Mr Rizky Ferianto replacing Mr Marzan Azis Iskandar as a Commissioner.

The year of 2016 also saw appointment of Mr Saud Usman Nasution as Commissioneron 3 August 2016, by virtue of Decree of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises number SK-170/ MBU/08/2016 dated August 3rd

,

Directors’ Report

Yang terhormat pemegang saham, mitra kerja dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Puji syukur, dengan bimbingan dan

pengawasan Dewan Komisaris serta kerjasama dan dukungan dari mitra kerja kami yang setia, perseroan dapat melalui 2016 dengan hasil yang menggembirakan dan membanggakan.

Pada tahun 2016 pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia masih cukup baik. Namun, karena kondisi perekonomian global yang masih suram, pemerintah menempuh berbagai langkah untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, di antaranya melalui upaya Bank Indonesia untuk memangkas suku bunga sebanyak enam kali di samping serangkaian paket stimulus ekonomi. Hal ini berpengaruh kepada DAHANA untuk bisa mempertahankan prestasinya.

Operasi

Meskipun terdapat penurunan harga di hampir semua komoditas pertanian dan pertambangan terutama minyak di tahun 2015, kondisi di tahun 2016 mulai menunjukkan peningkatan. Trend harga batu bara di tahun 2016 bergerak naik dari sekitar US$ 50/ton di awal tahun, menjadi US$ 85/ton di akhir tahun. Pada tahun depan harga komoditas batu bara diharapkan kembali normal. Begitu juga untuk harga minyak dunia. Pada tahun 2016 harga minyak meningkat sementara di sektor konstruksi, harga semen pada tahun 2016 relatif stabil. Pada tahun 2016 pertumbuhan sektor pertambangan dan penggalian adalah sebesar 0,13%, meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya yang hanya tumbuh sebesar -5,08%. Pertumbuhan ini disebabkan kenaikan produksi beberapa komoditas tambang seperti emas dan tembaga terutama pada kuartal ketiga tahun 2016. Kinerja sektor migas mengalami sedikit perbaikan dibanding dengan tahun lalu. Berdasarkan monitoring lifting minyak dari kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), lifting minyak tahun 2016 dapat melampaui target yang ditetapkan seiring dengan naiknya harga minyak dunia.

Di sektor konstruksi, pada tahun 2016, sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang turut mendorong naiknya pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, antara lain dengan maraknya pembangunan infrastruktur oleh pemerintah terutama di bagian timur Indonesia.

We are grateful to God the Almighty that under direction and supervision of the Board of Commissioners, along with continuous support of loyal customers and business partners, the Company managed to go though the year of 2016 with pride.

In 2016, Indonesia’s economic was relatively good. However, as the global economic turned out to remain low, the government took necessary steps to keep the national economic growing, among others by Bank Indonesia’s effort of reducing the interest rate six times in addition to some economic stimulus

packages. This has signiicantly resulted to

DAHANA with which the latter could maintain its achievement.

Operation

Despite the slump in prices of almost all agricultural and mining commodities, especially oil 2015, the condition in 2016

started to show signiicant improvement.

Trend of coal price in 2016 hiked from about US$ 50/ton at the beginning of the year to US$ 85/ton at the end of the year. The coal price is expected to go normal next year. Meanwhile, the price of oil in 2016 rose and in the construction sector, the price of cement in 2016 somehow remained stable.

In 2016, the growth of mining and mineral

sector was recorded at a igure of 0.13%,

which is a hike from that of the previous

year which was only -5.08%. The growth is

attributed to the increase in production of mining commodities such as gold and copper at the third quarter of 2016.

Oil sector performance enjoyed a slight increase compared to that of the previous year. Based on oil lifting monitoring available with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, oil lifting in 2016 went beyond the target due to the rise in global oil price. In the construction sector, in 2016 the construction sector was one that contributed to Indonesia’s economic growth owing to huge infrastructure construction work done by the government particularly in Eastern Indonesia.

Strategi Perusahaan

Lingkungan usaha bahan peledak di Indonesia sangat kompetitif dengan pesaing domestik dan asing. Hal in memacu DAHANA untuk merumuskan strategi untuk terus menjaga pertumbuhan perusahaan dengan cara penetrasi pasar ke tambang tambang mineral khususnya tambang emas karena produksinya relatif stabil meskipun penyerapan produk relatif kecil.

DAHANA mengembangkan usahanya dengan kerjasama pembangunan pabrik ammonium nitrate (AN) bersama PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) serta memperluas kerjasama yang sudah ada (supply agreement) dengan Hanwa dalam pendirian pabrik Elemented Detonator yang ditandai dengan Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) pada 10 Agustus 2016. DAHANA juga melakukan mekanisasi/

otomatisasi pabrik/mesin untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan eisiensi biaya produk, mencari sumber alternatif lainnya untuk pengadaan bahan baku serta negosiasi ulang harga. DAHANA juga menjalin kerjasama strategis dengan mitra untuk melengkapi layanan total

service solution. Sebagaimana diketahui, DAHANA unggul dalam layanan hulu ke hilir dalam bidang bahan peledak. Penguatan akan ditempuh di bidang ini untuk meneguhkan posisi Perusahaan sebagai service provider bahan peledak utama di Indonesia. Tidak hanya itu, DAHANA telah memulai langkah ekspansi ke luar negeri. Jika selama ini hanya produk-produk DAHANA saja yang melanglangbuana, kini DAHANA akan merambah jasa peledakan di luar negeri. Explosive industry is naturally competitive among both domestic and overseas players. This triggered DAHANA to formulate necessary strategies to ensure the Company’s business sustainability by maintaining growth by means of penetration into mineral mining, especially gold due to the fact it gives stable production despite low product absorption.

DAHANA also extends its business by collaborating in construction of ammonium nitrate manufacturer with PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) and another

extension for its existing collaboration (supply agreement) with Hanwa for production of elemented detonator, collaboration which

DAHANA also engaged in some automation for manufacturing machineries in order to improve product quality and cost

Another strategic collaboration was also attempted with some business partners for improvement of total service solution. DAHANA has been doing excellent work in terms of upstream-downstream explosive product delivery service. Better related efforts will be undertaken to strengthen the Company’s position as a major explosive service provider in Indonesia.

In addition to that, DAHANA has also started its overseas expansion. The Company which has been exporting products is now starting to offer blasting work abroad.

Finance

In terms of inancial performance, the

Company’s health level in 2016 was recorded at the score of 89.5 which is slightly lower than the original target of 92.00 points. If compared to that of 2015 which was 92.00 points, the score in 2016 was 89.5. It can be said that PT DAHANA (Persero)’s level of health is ”Healthy” with AA category. We should be grateful on this as DAHANA was able to maintain its performance and growth amidst the global economic slump.

Teknologi dan Inovasi

DAHANA telah melakukan berbagai kegiatan teknologi dan penelitian dan pengembangan hingga akhir 2016. Kegiatan tersebut di antaranya adalah multi-sourcing sumber bahan baku, sertiikasi/audit kinerja produk dan/ atau jasa, dan penelitian serta pengembangan di bidang bahan baku, biodegradable seismic, insentif explosive, emulsi matriks densitas rendah, dan penggunaan bahan peledek pada

metal cladding.

Tim penelitian dan pengembangan DAHANA juga telah berhasil merekayasa dan merancang bangun MMT (Mobile Manufacturing Truck), melakukan upgrading/otomatisasi mesin pada produksi Non Electric Detonator, mereview dokumen engineering proyek NG, menjalankan penelitian dan pengembangan

nitrocelluloce propellant grade dengan Balai Selulosa, menjalankan rekayasa dan rancang bangun OSP (On Site Plant), melaksanaan ToT Roket dengan Avibras, dan melakukan kajian engineering dokumen pabrik NAC/SAC. Selain itu, DAHANA juga menjalin kerjasama penelitian dan pengembangan produksi Bom P-500L, Warhead kaliber S-80 KOM dan

Flacette kaliber 70mm dengan Dinas Penelitian dan Pengembangan Angkatan Udara

Pada periode 2016, tim penelitian dan pengembangan DAHANA juga telah mendaftarkan dua merk paten dengan nomor pendaftaran P00201606180 untuk Komposisi Bahan Peledak Emulsi Curah Tipe Air Dalam Minyak Menggunakan Minyak Pelumas Bekas dan Proses Produksinya, dan DOO2016064870 untuk Merk Dayagel Extra. Hal ini membuktikan konsistensi DAHANA sebagai BUMN dalam menerapkan green concept dalam setiap aktivitas usahanya.

Seiring dengan meningkatnya kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan, maka trend penggunaan bahan peledak yang ramah lingkungan semakin meningkat, di antaranya penggunaan electronic detonator untuk pertambangan besar. Electronic detonator

memiliki keunggulan antara lain dapat mengurangi ground vibration dan airblast

serta keamanan lebih baik daripada detonator listrik, selain meningkatkan hasil peledakan dengan leksibilitas pengaturan waktu delay

dan pengurangan jumlah persediaan.

Technology and Innovation

DAHANA has been engaged in related technology and research and development activities up to end of 2016, among others by making raw material multi-sourcing

available, certiication and audit of products

and services, and research and development on raw material, explosives incentive, low density matrix emulsion, and explosive application on metal cladding.

DAHANA’s research and development team also managed to engaged in engineering and designing MMT (Mobile ManufacturingTruck), upgrading and automating of machineries for Non Electric Detonantor production, reviewing on NG project engineering document, research and development of nitrocelluloce propellant grade with the Balai Selulosa, engineering and designing and design of OSP (On Site Plant), rocket ToT with Avibras, dan studies on engineering for NAC/SAC plant documents. Apart from that, DAHANA also worked in a research and development collaboration with the Indonesia Air Force’s Department of Research and Development for development of P-500L bomb, Caliber S-80 KOM warhead and caliber 70mm Flacette.

In 2016, DAHANA’s research and development team also had two of its brands patented under patent number P00201606180 for Composition of Water in Oil Bulk Emulsion Explosive using Waste Lubricating Oil, along with its Production Process, and patent number DOO2016064870 for Dayagel Extra brand. This suggests that DAHANA is a State-owned Enterprise that has been consistently applying green concept to its business activities.

In line with the people’s growing awareness towards the environment, the trend for use of environment friendly explosive use is also increasing, as indicated, among others by the application of electronic detonator for large mining blasting. One advantage of electronic detonator is the fact that it reduces ground vibration and air blast and better safety level compared to that of electric detonator. It also

improves blasting result for its lexibility in

Sejarah Singkat

Brief History

PT DAHANA (Persero) atau “DAHANA” adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang industri strategis yang menyediakan layanan bahan peledak terpadu untuk sektor Migas, Pertambangan Umum, Kuari dan Konstruksi serta untuk Pertahanan.

Sejarah DAHANA sebagai pionir di industri ini berawal dari proyek Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal dengan Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.

Kemudian, pada tahun 1973 secara resmi menjadi Perusahaan Umum DAHANA berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36/1973 sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Perseroan pada tahun 1991. Lini Bisnis DAHANA terus berkembang

mencakup: Explosives Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, dan Defence Related untuk pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia dan kawasan ASEAN.

PT DAHANA (Persero) or “DAHANA” is a state-owned enterprise engaging in the strategic industry, providing integrated explosives services for the sectors of Oil and Gas, General Mining, Quarry and Construction, and Defence.

DAHANA’s historical roots as a pioneer in the industry can be traced back to 1966, when the Indonesian government, through the Indonesian Air Force (AURI), implemented a project named Proyek Menang (Menang Project) in Tasikmalaya, West Java. Later in 1973, the project was formally changed into a public company based on the government regulation No. 36/1973 before it was changed to a limited company (PT) in 1991.

DAHANA Business Lines continues to develop, including: Explosive Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, and Defence Related for customers in Indonesia and the ASEAN Region.

DAHANA memberikan layanan pengadaan dan pengisian lubang tembak dengan bahan peledak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan menghasilkan daya ledak yang optimal. DAHANA juga membantu merancang proses pembuatan lubang tembak yang tepat guna. Tim kami yang terlatih dan berpengalaman mampu menyediakan layanan untuk berbagai medan yang berbeda dengan tingkat kesulitan yang beragam.

Currently our On-Site Plants (OSP) have been operating at various mining sites in Karimun (Riau Islands), Batulicin and Tabalong (South Kalimantan), as well as Bontang, Melak, and Sanga-Sanga (East Kalimantan), Kasongan (Central Kalimantan), Seruyung (Kaltara), Semen Padang (West Sumatra).

Lulu Laeta, adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga yang juga berbisnis kue. Setiap harinya ia membuat kue yang kemudian dititipkan ke warung-warung atau pedagang yang biasa mangkal di depan Pabrik. Ibu yang dikarunia satu orang anak ini mengaku kue andalan yang dibuatnya adalah onde-onde.

Berbeda dengan pelaksanaan sebelumnya, penyebaran paket sembako murah yang disebar oleh PT DAHANA (Persero) ke warga masyarakat Desa Sadawarna kali ini dinilai telah merata dan telah menyentuh hampir semua kepala keluarga.

Hal tersebut dinyatakan langsung oleh Sekretaris Desa Sadawarna, Syamsuri Suganda kepada Dile. Menurut keterangannya, dengan paket yang tersebar di Desa Sadawarna sebanyak 1.787 paket, meliputi tiga dusun dan 9 Rukun Warga.

Tahun sebelumnya ia merasakan banyak keluhan karena masih banyaknya warga yang belum bisa kebagian paket sembako murah seperti ini, karena memang jumlah paket sembako yang ada terbatas. “Kita terus berupaya bersama DAHANA untuk melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan yang ada untuk memenuhi kebutuhan warga. Dan alhamdulillah saat ini sudah bisa terpenuhi,” ujar Syamsuri.

Selain Desa Sadawarna, paket sembako ini pun disebar di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Pagaden. Ada 250 paket yang tersebar didaerah ini. Ato, Kepala Dusun Sukamulya memaklumi dengan keterbatasan paket yang diterima di dusunnya.

“Kalo dilihat KK ini memang masih kurang, tapi kami sangat bersyukur sudah mendapat perhatian untuk mendapat semabako murah,” terang Ato kepada Dile.

Sementara itu, Sekretaris Desa Sukamulya Iwan Hermawan ia sangat memaklumi keterbatasan paket yang diterimanya.

Menurutnya ini kali pertama DAHANA menyasar sebaran paket sembako murah ke daerahnya. “Ini pertama kalinya kami mendapat paket Sembako murah dari DAHANA, kita bisa memakluminya, karena yang memang jadi prioritas program ini daerah sekitar DAHANA, mudah-mudahan kedepan bisa lebih,” ungkap Iwan. that Syamsuri Suganda had received many complaints from several people who unluckily hadn't obtained the packages due to the

insuficient supplies.

"We have been accomplishing serious efforts together with DAHANA to establish improvements that meet the urgency from the people , and thank God they are all attained at the moment," said Syamsuri. The distribution of the cheap basic foodstuff was not only undertaken in Sadawarna Village but also in Sukamulya Village, Pagaden District. There were 250 widely distributed packages. The head of the village, Ato tolerated the limited packages received for his village.

"In regard with the number of our registered people, the packages were indeed

insuficient. However we are very grateful to receive such attention," said Ato to Dile.

Meanwhile, The Secretary of Sukamulya Village, Ivan Hermawan also tolerated the imprecise supply of the foodstuff

Masih ditempat yang sama, DAHANA juga menggelar kegiatan bhakti sosial yaitu memberikan santunan kepada anak yatim piatu yang berada di daerah Desa Sadawarna. Salah satu koordinator panitia santunan anak yatim, Anwar Sanusi menerangkan bahwa kali ini DAHANA menyerahkan santunan kepada 72 anak yatim piatu.

“Semuanya ada 72 anak yatim piatu yang berasal dari Desa Sadawarna. kita sudah bekerjasama dengan RT RW-nya, data yang masuk kepada kami semuanya segitu,” ungkap Anwar Sanusi kepada DFile.

Penyerahan santunan ini pun diserahkan langsung oleh Direktur Keuangan & SDM, Susilo Hertanto kepada 72 anak yatim piatu, dengan ditemani dan disaksikan oleh Sekretaris Desa Sadawarna Syamsuri Suganda.

Selepas penyerahan santunan, sambil menunggu waktu kumandang adzan magrib acarapun diisi dengan tausiyah dari ustadz Daud Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Wustho, Pabuaran Subang, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan acara buka puasa dan solat magrib berjamaah.

Ditemui salah seorang warga yang ikut serta dalam acara buka puasa ini, Ujang Sumarja warga kampung Dukuh, dirinya merasa senang dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh PT DAHANA (Persero). Saat-saat jelang lebaran dirinya sangat terbantu dengan adanya paket sembako murah dari DAHANA.

“Senang, menjelang lebaran kita sudah dapat paket sembako,” ujar Ujang.

Selain ujang, salah seorang petugas kepolisian polsek Cibogo, Heryanto yang ikut serta dalam acara buka puasa bersama mengatakan acara Safari Ramadhan ini kelihatannya menjadikan warga semakin dekat dengan DAHANA. “Saya tahu, dari dulu DAHANA sudah sering melakukan kegiatan seperti ini. The donation to charity for the 72 orphans was directly given by The Director of Finace & Human Resource, Susilo Hertanto accompanied and witnessed by the Secretary of Sadawarna village, Syamsuri Suganda. After the donation, while waiting the Maghrib prayer calling, the Ramadhan Safari was also enriched with religious preaching by Ustadz Daud, leader of AL-Wustho, Islamic boarding school in Pabuarang, Subang and then continued with fast breaking and Maghrib praying.

Ujang, one of the residents of Sadawarna village took part in the fast breaking held by DAHANA. He was contented with the activities provided by PT DAHANA (Persero). He was really supported by the distribution of cheap basic foodstuff due to the upcoming of Lebaran Day.

"We are happy to receive the foodstuff before Lebaran," said Ujang.

Another participant of the Ramadhan Safari event, Heryanto, a policeman in the sub-district said that the Ramadhan Safari event had tied a better bond between the residents and DAHANA.

Memasuki bulan Dzulhijah menjelang hari raya Idul Adha 1437 H. Perusahaan plat merah penghasil bahan peledak PT DAHANA (Persero) senantiasa memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawannya serta memberikan dukungan agar mampu berkurban.

Hampir dipastikan setiap tahunnya, karyawan DAHANA akan melakukan pemotongan hewan kurban. Seperti yang diungkap oleh Gugun Gunawan salah satu karyawan DAHANA yang mendapat kesempatan dari perusahaan untuk memberikan hewan kurban.

“Alhamdulillah, ini seperti mendapat rezeki nomplok, akhirnya bisa berkurban, mendapat rezeki lebih dikasih perusahaan untuk berkurban,” terang Gugun Gunawan kepada Dile.

Terdapat sekitar 23 orang karyawan yang mendapat dukungan dari DAHANA untuk melakukan kurban tahun ini. Sehingga terkumpulah hewan kurban sebanyak 16 ekor kambing dan 1 ekor sapi. Kemudian hewan kurban tersebut disebarkan kepada masyarakat yang berada disekitar kantor PT DAHANA (Persero).

Diah Putrianti panitia kurban DAHANA menerangkan, bahwa hewan kurban tersebut disebar ke tiga daerah dimana kantor DAHANA berdiri yakni Subang, Tasikmalaya dan Jakarta. Di Subang 11 ekor kambing diserahkan

ke setiap dusun yang berada di Desa sadawarna. dan 1 ekor sapi yang dititipkan penyembelihannya kepada DKM Al-Akhdhar PT DAHANA (Persero).

“Ada tiga dusun di Desa Sadawarna yang diberi hewan kurban, masing-masing dusun mendapat tiga ekor kambing, dan 2 ekor kambing dititipkan penyembelihannya ke instansi terkait,” terang Diah.

“Setahu saya, setiap tahun DAHANA sering memberikan hewan kurban. Saya sangat senang sekali, DAHANA sudah mau ikut berpatisipasi menitipkan hewan kurbannya kepada kami, nanti kita potong bareng-bareng dengan hewan kurban lainnya,” ungkap Rustawan. (SYA)

Peduli akan korban bencana banjir bandang dan tanah longsor di Garut dan Sumedang, Kementerian BUMN bersama sejumlah perusahaan BUMN mendirikan Posko Tanggap Bencana BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri.

Posko yang didirikan atas intruksi Kementerian BUMN ini menampung berbagai bantuan dari perusahaan BUMN. Seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Deputi Bidang Infrastuktur Bisnis Kementerian BUMN, Hambra, Kementerian BUMN telah menginstruksikan kepada masing-masing BUMN untuk dapat membantu,

menyalurkan dan berpartisipasi dalam tanggap darurat bencana di Jawa Barat.

“Bantuan ini akan diberikan melalui Program Bina Lingkungan Masing-masing BUMN,” terang

“Diawal-awal Pemda Subang sangat

mendukung, bahkan dulu Camat Cibogo sudah punya harapan, Cibogo ingin menjadi sentra batik Subang,” ungkap Wawan kepada Dile. Akhirnya, Wawan pun disarankan oleh Pemda Subang untuk bermitra dengan PT DAHANA (Persero) dalam menggelar pelatihan membatik pada masyarakat di wilayah Cibogo. “Alhamdulillah saat itu PT DAHANA mau membatu kami mendanai pelatihan membatik untuk warga Cibogo,” terangnya.

Dengan gagasannya dalam menciptakan batik asli Subang, Wawan mengaku dirinya adalah salah seorang perintis batik tulis dan cap di Subang. Karena saat itu di Kabupaten Subang belum ada sentra batik yang dibuat langsung oleh masyarakat.

“Di Subang belum ada sentra batik asli Subang. Walaupun sekarang ada batik Subang, itu baru sebatas motif saja, dalam prosesnya ternyata dibuatnya di luar Subang, seperti Cirebon atau ke Bandung,” ujar Wawan.

Dalam perjalanannya, ternyata apa yang diharapkan oleh Wawan dan Camat Cibogo kala itu, belum bisa dikatakan berhasil. Warga yang awalnya telah dilatih membatik memilih berganti profesi menjadi buruh pabrik, karena membatik dianggap belum mampu meningkatkan perekonomiannya.

“Saya akui saat itu batik yang kita buat belum banyak yang melirik. Harapannya dulu, yang harus mengawali menggiatkan penggunaan batik lokal ini adalah pemda, namun ternyata belum bisa sampai tahap ini,” sesal Wawan. Meski belum berhasil menggiatkan warga Cibogo untuk membangun sentra batik lokal. Kini Wawan memilih bergerak sendiri dalam pembuatan batik. Ia akhirnya mendirikan galeri yang bernana Arves Batik.

“Sekarang saya membuat galeri sendiri, tetap membuat batik, batik lokal khas Subang,” kata Wawan

Sampai saat ini, Wawan sudah membuat batik khas Subang dengan berbagai motif. Semua motifnya ini terinspirasi oleh potensi yang dimiiliki kabupaten Subang, seperti motif nanas, sisingaan, kupu-kupu, sisik nanas, daun teh, daun nanas serta mahkota nanas. Wawan mengaku, dalam memproduksi batik, kini ia lebih banyak membuat batik cap dibanding batik tulis. Hal ini dikarenakan,

Finally, Wawan was suggested by Subang local government to have a sponsorship with PT DAHANA (Persero) to conduct batik training for the local community in Cibogo. “Alhamdulillah, at that time PT DAHANA was willing to help us, sponsoring batik training for the local community Cibogo,” he said. By proposing the idea to create original Subang batik, Wawan was claimed that he was a pioneer of hand-drawn batik and printing batik in Subang. It is said that because there was no a batik center made by the local community in Subang.

“There is no original Subang batik center here. Although there is a Subang batik center, it is limited for designing the motif and the process is done in the other places such as in Cirebon or in Bandung,” Wawan explained. During his experience, what Wawan and the head of sub-district Cibogo expected at that time, had been succeed yet. Those local communities who were trained to make batik decided to change their jobs. They became labour because making batik was not considered to improve their economy. “I admit that batik was not interesting for people. People hoped that the local government prior to encourage the local batik, but it could not be this far,” Wawan regretted.

Although it has not succeeded yet to encourage the local community Cibogo to build a batik center, Wawan chose to develop his own batik, a batik gallery named Arves Batik.

“Now I develop my own gallery, I still make batik, Subang local batik,” said Wawan. Until now, Wawan has made Subang local batik with various designs. All designs were inspired by Subang local area potential

such as pineapple motif, sisingan, butterly,

pineapple scales, tea leaves, pineapple leaves and its crown.

Wawan said that right now he was producing printing batik more than hand-drawn batik. It was because people were more interested in printing batik than hand-drawn batik. “Making hand-drawn batik takes a longer time. Moreover, if there are only few people

Orang lebih memilih batik cap, karena lebih cepat dalam pembuatannya,” terang Wawan. Menurutnya, membatik cap yang saat dilakoninya tidak lepas dari peranan dan dukungan PT DAHANA (Persero). Melalui program kemitraan PKBL DAHANA, Wawan akhirnya bisa terus melanjutkan usaha galeri batiknya.

“Alhamdulillah, dulu masih didukung oleh DAHANA dalam pembuatan cap batik. Sampai saat ini saya masih bermitra dengan DAHANA,” ujarnya.

Untuk mengembangkan usaha, batik yang dibuatnya ia pasarkan melalui online dan hadir mengikuti acara pameran. Hal ini dipandang cukup berpotensi mendorong usahanya. Tidak sedikit lembaga, instansi atau pejabat yang memasan batik buatannya.

In order to develop his business, he promoted his batik by selling via online shop and attending exhibition. It was seen as a good opportunity to advertise his batik. Many

institution, agencies, and oficials order his

batik.

“They usually order batik as gifts for visitors

who visit institutions or oficials. There are

also people who order for uniforms,” he said.

“Rata-rata yang pesan batik, biasanya untuk oleh-oleh tamu yang mau berkunjung ke instansi atau pejabat. Ada juga yang pesan untuk dijadikan pakaian seragam” katanya. Wawan pun menggambarkan fenomena batik yang saat ini ada. Menurutnya, kebanyakan orang jika memakai baju bercorak atau motif batik sudah dianggapnya memakai baju batik. Padahal yang disebut batik menurut wawan adalah selain motif harus juga dilihat prosesnya seperti ditulis atau di cap, dan ada proses ‘pemalaman’ dan ‘pelorotan’.

“Kebanyakan, baju batik dipasaran itu baju biasa, hanya motifnya saja seperti batik, karena pembuatannya diprinting. Kalau batik itu ada pemalaman dan juga pelorotan,” terang Wawan.
