The City ofBogor, the Republic of Indonesia, and the St. Louis County, Missouri, United

Desiring to promote goodwill, friendship and mutual understanding as well as closer
cooperation between their communities; and
Recognizing the importance of the principles of equality and mutual benefits;
Do hereby declare their intention to establish Friendship City Cooperation as a basis for
cooperation, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of each respective
