Hubungan Self-Efficacy dengan Kecemasan Menghadapi Mutasi pada PNS di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang sudah di
mutasi turun jabatan di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara untuk mengetahui hubungan
self-efficacy dengan kecemasan menghadapi mutasi.
Jenis penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross
sectional. Populasi adalah pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di Kabupaten Tapanuli
Utara yang sudah di mutasi turun pada Februari sampai dengan Agustus 2015 dan
sampel adalah total populasi.
Hasil penelitian dengan sampel 80 orang, diperoleh pegawai negeri sipil
(PNS) yang tidak mengalami self-efficacy yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (20%) dan
PNS yang mengalami self-efficacy yaitu sebanyak 64 orang (80%). Pegawai
Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang mengalami kecemasan ringan sebanyak 52 orang (65%)
dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang mengalami kecemasan sedang sebanyak 28
orang (35%). Hasil uji statistik Chi Square menunjukkan ada hubungan yang
bermakna (P-value = 0,010) antara self-efficacy dengan kecemasan menghadapi
mutasi.
Disarankan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) mempunyai self-efficacy yang
tinggi sehingga mereka yakin akan kemampuannya dan siap menghadapi
tantangan yang ada.

ABSTRACT
This study is carried out in the civil servant who has been down
transferred from their position in North Tapanuli regency to find out the relation
between self-efficacy with the anxiety in facing the transferring of position.
This type of study is analytic using crosss sectional plan. The population is
the civil servant in North Tapanuli regency who have been down transferred from
their position started from February up to August 2015 and the sample are the
total of population.
The result of the study with 80 people as sample shows that civil servant
who do not experienced self-efficacy about 16 persons (20%) and there are 64
persons (80%) who experienced self-efficacy. The civil servant who experienced
mild anxiety are 52 persons (65%) and there are 28 civil servant (35%) who
experienced medium anxiety. Statistical results of study Chi Square shows that
there is a significant relation between self-efficacy and the anxiety in facing the
transferring of position.
Suggested for the civil servant to have a high self-efficacy so that they will
convinced with their own ability and always prepare themselves to face any

challenge in the future.
