EFFECT OF SELECTION AND PLACEMENT
EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY
PT.BANK IN CENTRAL ASIA TBK MAIN BRANCH OFFICE
MEDAN
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze pengaruhSeleksi, and
placement of the productivity performance of employees at PT. Asian central
banks, Tbk Branch UtamaMedan. The analytical method used is descriptive
analysis method and linear regression analysis berganda.Data those used in this
study are primary and secondary data. Data collection method in this research is
the study of literature, interviews, observation and questionnaire. Sample this
research were 82 people in the PT. Asian central banks, Tbk Branch
UtamaMedan. This study used a sample of 82 respondents in the research and
sampling methods using simple random sampling method. The results showed the
selection, performance appraisal and incentive effect and significant positifn
employee PT. Asian central banks, Tbk Medan Main Branch. Results obtained
values of determination coefficient 0.411, these figures show that 41.1% of
employees working variable can be explained by the selection and placement on

the productivity of labor while the remaining 58.9% is explained by other
variables not examined in this study.
