Perbandingan Produksi Kopi Optimum Antara Metode Fuzzy – Mamdani dengan Fuzzy – Sugeno (Studi Kasus: PT Sarimakmur Tunggalmandiri)

ABSTRAK

Logika fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan analisis sistem yang
mengandung ketidakpastian. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Mamdani dan
metode Sugeno. Perancangan sistem untuk memperoleh output dilakukan dalam
tahap – tahap (a) Pembentukan himpunan fuzzy, (b) Aplikasi fungsi implikasi, (c)
Komposisi aturan, (d) Penegasan (defuzzyfikasi). Pada penelitian ini defuzzyfikasi
dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode centroid dengan bantuan software
MATLAB 6.1 toolbox fuzzy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah
produksi optimum kopi PT SARIMAKMUR TUNGGALMANDIRI. Dari hasil
penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dengan memasukkan variabel input yaitu jumlah
permintaan dan jumlah persediaan setiap bulan maka akan menghasilkan output
jumlah produksi optimum. Jumlah produksi kopi perusahaan jauh berdeda dengan
menggunakan Metode Fuzzy – Mamdani dan Fuzzy – Sugeno. Metode Fuzzy –
Mamdani menggunakan teknik defuzzyfikasi untuk memperoleh output sedangkan
Metode Fuzzy – Sugeno menggunakan rata-rata tertimbang. Metode Fuzzy –
Mamdani mempunyai fungsi keanggotaan sedangkan Metode Fuzzy – Sugeno
tidak.

ABSTRACT

Fuzzy logic is a method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. In this study
Mamdani method and Sugeno method are in used. Designing the system to obtain the
output is done in stage by stage (a) Establishment of a fuzzy set, (b) Application
implication function, (c) Composition of the rules, (d) The assertion (defuzzyfication).
In this study defuzzyfication done using centroid method with the help of MATLAB
6.1 software toolbox fuzzy. This study aims to determine the optimum production of
coffee of PT SARIMAKMUR TUNGGALMANDIRI. From the research that has
been done, by inserting the input variable is the number of requests and the amount of
inventory every month so will result in optimum production output number. Amount
of the coffee producted by the company most different with use Fuzzy-Mamdani
method and Fuzzy-Sugeno method. Mamdani method uses the technique of
defuzzification of a fuzzy output, while Sugeno method uses weighted average to
compute the crisp output. Mamdani method has output membership function whereas
Sugeno method has no output membership function.
