INTENT
ON SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION
BETWEEN.
THE MINISTRY OF RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY OF
THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND
THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH OF ROMANIA

The Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and the
Ministry of Education and Research ofRomania (hereinafter referred to as "the Parties");
In recognition of the importance of science and technology in the development of
friendly relations between the Republic of Indonesia and Romania, and in recognition of
the potential opportunities for mutually beneficial coliaboration in these fields.
The Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and the
Ministry of Education and Research of Romania agree to intensify discussions aimed at
concluding a Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological
Cooperation between the two countries;
The . Parties hope that the Memorandum of Understanding could promote the
development of joint science and technology · activities and the establishment of
professional contacts between scientists, specialists and scientific institutions of the

Republic of Indonesia and Romania.
