Amendemen Ketiga Perjanjian Hibah untuk Berbagai Program Pendidikan di
Indonesia ("Perjanjian") antara Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah
Amerika Serikat (secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai "Para Pihak")
tertanggal 25 September 2009.
BAGIAN A:
Dengan ini Amandemen Ketiga mengubah Perjanjian sebagai
berikut:
1. Pasal 3, Ayat 3.1 (a) Perjanjian, dengan ini diubah dengan menghapus
"Seratus Tiga Puluh Tiga Juta Empat Ratus Dua Puluh Satu Ribu Lima Ratus
Tujuh
Puluh
Tiga
Dolar Amerika
Serikat
(AS.)
($133.421.573)" dan
menggantinya dengan "Seratus Tujuh Puluh Dua Juta Tujuh Ratus Empat
Puluh Satu Ribu Tujuh Ratus Tujuh Puluh Dolar Amerika Serikat (AS.)
($172.741.770)".
BAGIAN 8: Kecuali sebagaimana secara khusus diubah atau dimodifikasi
dalam amandemen ini, Perjanjian akan tetap mempunyai kekuatan hukum
penuh dan berlaku sesuai dengan semua syarat dan ketentuan didalamnya.

BAGIAN C: Amendemen Ketiga ini dibuat dan ditandatangani dalam dua
rangkap, yang masing-masing dianggap sebagai lembar asli.
BAGIAN D: Masa mulai berlaku: Amendemen Ketiga ini mulai berlaku sejak
ditandatangani oleh Para Pihak.
DI HADAPAN PARA SAKSI, USAID dan Penerima Hibah, yang masing-masing
bertindak melalui wakilnya yang berwenang, telah menghasilkan Amendemen
Ketiga yang ditandatangani para wakilnya pada tanggal dan tahun yang tertulis
di atas.

THIRD AMENDMENT TO ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
FOR EDUCATION PROGRAMS IN INDONESIA
DATED:
2012
Third Amendment to the Assistance Agreement for Education Programs in
Indonesia ("the Agreement") between the Government of the Republic of
Indonesia and the Government of the United States of America (collectively
referred to as "the Parties") dated September 25, 2009.
SECTION A: This Third Amendment hereby amends the Agreement as follows:
1. Article 3, Section 3.1 (a) of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting "
One Hundred Thirty Three Million Four Hundred Twenty One Thousand Five
Hundred Seventy-Three United States (U.S.) Dollars ($133,421,573)" and
substituting in lieu thereof "One Hundred Seventy Two Million Seven Hundred
Forty One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy United States (U.S.) Dollars
($172,741,770)".
SECTION B: Except as specifically amended or modified herein the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with all of its terms.
SECTION C: This Third Amendment is prepared and signed in duplicate, each
of which shall be deemed to be a counterpart original.

SECTION D: Effectiveness: This Third Amendment is effective upon signature
by both Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, USAID and the Grantee, each acting through its duly
authorized representative, have caused this Third Amendment to be signed in
their names and delivered as of the day and year above written.
