and Indonesia (Kalimantan Timur & Kalimantan Barat)

The Field Plans referred to and tabulated in Annex I are the Field Plans
which have heen approved and ｳｩｧｮ･､ｾﾷ＠

the Malaysian Co-Project Director of Sabah or Sarawak as the case
may be; and

(ii) the Chairman of the Malaysian Technical Committee I Director
General of Survey and Mapping, Malaysia.

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding relating to the joint
d 'J marcation and surve.v of the common land boundary benveen Malaysia and
the Republic of Indonesia signed at Jakarta on the 26 November 1973 and in
accordance · with:

(a) The Boundary Convention, signed at London, dated 20 June 1891;

These Field Plans are hereby certified to be correct.

The Boundary Convention, signed at The Hague, dated 26 March 1928.

The Joint Malaysia - Indonesia Boundary Committee hereby agrees to the
following:
The Areas that have been demarcated and surveyed by the Joint Malaysia Indonesia Survey Teams in the Sarawak - Kalimantan Barat Sector are as
follows:

All the boundary pillars I markers and their coordinates including the above
1nentioned terminal boundary pillars I markers as demarcated and surveyed
in the said Areas are shown in the said Field Plans.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly being authorized by their
respective governments, have signed this Memorandum of Understanding.
