NOTA KESEPAHAMAN MENGENAI BANTUAN HIBAH YANG
BERKENAAN DENGAN KERJASAMA EKONOMI DAN TEKNIK
ANTARA
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA DAN
PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK RAKYAT CHINA
Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Rakyat
China dengan maksud untuk mengembangkan lebih jauh hubungan
persahabatan dan kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik antara kedua Negara,
telah menyepakati hal-hal sebagai berikut:

Pemerintah Republik Rakyat China memberikan bantuan hibah kepada
Pemerintah
Republik
Indonesia
senilai
RMB
Yuan
40.000.000.00(Renminbi 40 juta Yuan saja).
PASAL II
Bantuan hibah di atas akan digunakan untuk membiayai proyekproyek yang akan dibahas dan diputuskan oleh kedua Pemerintah.
PASAL Ill
Prosedur akuntansi yang rinci untuk pelaksanaan kesepakatan ini
akan dibahas dan ditentukan bersama antara Departmen Keuangan atas
nama Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Bank of China atas nama
Pemerintah Republik Rakyat China.
PASAL IV
Nota kesepahaman ini akan berlaku sejak tanggal penandatanganan
dan akan berlaku terus hingga saat kedua belah pihak telah memenuhi
seluruh kewajiban masing-masing.
SEBAGAI BUKTI, yang bertanda tangan di bawah ini, yang diberi
kuasa penuh oleh Pemerintah masing-masing telah menandatangani
Persetujuan ini.
Dibuat dalam rangkap tiga di Jakarta, pada tanggal 7 Nopember 2001,
dalam bahasa lnggris, Indonesia, dan China, masing-masing pihak
menyimpan dokumen asli dan semua naskah mempunyai kekuatan
hukum yang sama. Jika terdapat perbedaan mengenai penafsiran, maka
naskah dalam bahasa lnggris harus berlaku.

MEMORADUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON GRANT ASSISTANCE
IN RELATION TO ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION
BE TWEE EN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government
of the People's Republic of China with a view of further developing
friendly relations and economic and technical cooperation between
the two countries, have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE I
In accordance with the needs of the Government of the Republic of
Indonesia, the Government of the People's Republic of China
provides the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with a grant
of RMB Yuan 40,000,000.00 (Renminbi Forty Million Yuan only).
ARTICLE II
The above-mentioned grant shall be used for the projects to be
discussed and decided by the two Government of Indonesia and
China.
ARTICLE Ill
The detailed accounting procedures for the implementation of this
MOU shall be discussed and concluded between the Ministry of
Finance on behalf of the Governments of the Republic of Indonesia

and Bank of China on behalf of the Government of the People's
Republic of China.
ARTICLE IV
This MOU shall enter into force on the date of signature and shall
remain in force until the day when the two sides have fulfilled all
their respective obligations hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorized thereto
by their respective Governments, have signed this MOU.
Done in duplicate in Jakarta on November 7, 2001 in the English,
Indonesian and Chinese languages, each side keeping one original
and all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence the
English text shall prevail.
