4. It is agreed for the counter trade that lndonesi will import crude oil from Ubya, and

sides agreed that the list of ｣ｯｭｾｩｴ･ｳ＠
can
added or reduced. As a start up,

Indonesia wm import 50 (fifty) thousand barrels per day of crude oH for the nrst year
and to be increased gradually as bottj countries satisfied witn the arrangement;
5. To facilitate the promotion of trade ｵｾ･ｲ＠

both sides agreed:
a. To encourage their bUsiness &ectQrs to ｾｫ･＠
