ABSTRACT
Mr. Koko is the ownership of Oyster Mushroom which produced fresh
Oyster mushroom. Where’s the Oyster mushroom has many function for healthy
and food gathering in Indonesia. In the development of this business, we need a
right strategy for the achievement of desired by the company can be properly
controlled so that operations run smoothly to widen it’s market share.

In addition the company makes it easy to monitor the activities undertaken
to evaluate the strategy adopted. This study was conducted to search for internal
and external factors, namely the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities
and threats in formulating strategies that will be used in the development of its
business.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach.
Data collection techniques do interviews to the ownership and workers and then
doing observation in the place. The determination of the strategy, using internal
and external factors in the form of a SWOT analysis.
After the SWOT analysis of the obtained values IFAS and EFAS company
that will be used in the internal matrix external (IE). The results of the
study, selection strategies that can be used by the company is to conduct market
penetration, market development, product and technology development.
