Rehabilitasi Narkoba Al-Kamal Sibolangit Centre.

ABSTRAK
(Skripsi ini terdiri dari 6 bab, 119 halaman, 29 tabel, 3 bagan, dan 1 gambar)
Penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah yang kompleks dalam
kehidupan masyarakat. Bahkan, peredaran narkoba sudah sampai ke setiap
pelosok daerah. Kebanyakan yang menyalahgunakan narkoba adalah kaum
remaja yang dimana pada masa remaja ini pergaulan sangat mempengaruhi.
Salah satu upaya dalam penanganan permasalahan narkoba ini adalah dengan
melakukan rehabilitasi. Panti Rehabilitasi Narkoba Al-kamal Sibolangit Centre
merupakan salah satu Panti Rehabilitasi narkoba terbesar di Sumatera Utara

yang melaksanakan program Therapeutic Community (TC) yang bertujuan
untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang residen alami.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk dapat melihat respon positif, netral,
ataupun negatif dari para responden di Panti Rehabilitasi Narkoba Al-kamal
Sibolangit Centre. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalu
penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
sebanyak 50 residen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dengan teknik
analisa yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah respon residen terhadap program
Therapeutic Community (TC) oleh Panti Rehabilitasi Narkoba Al-kamal
Sibolangit Centre menunjukkan respon netral. Dengan jelasnya, pengetahuan
yang dimiliki menimbulkan sikap yang dapat menerima dilaksanakannya
program Therapeutic Community (TC) dan akhirnya berpartisipasi dalam setiap
kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan persepsi
responden bernilai -0.03, sikap responden bernilai 0.14 dan partisipasi
responden bernilai 0.02 serta hasil rata-rata skala penilaian adalah 0.04.

ABSTRACT
(This thesis consists of six chapters, 101 pages, 7 Tables and Appendix 5)
Drug abuse is a complex problem in community life. In fact, drugs have

come to the rest of the region.Most of the teenagers are the drug abuse and to
the young it ' s influence among men. One effort in handling the problem of
drugs this is by doing rehabilitation . Drug Rehabilitation Institution Al-kamal
Sibolangit Centre is one of those largest drug rehabilitation in North Sumatera
who implement the programe Therapeutic Community ( TC ) which aims to
solve problems that prefect natural.
This research use descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach .The
purpose is to see a positive response , neutral , or the negative of the
respondents al-kamal sibolangit institution in drug rehabilitation centre .Data
collection techniques used is through the spread of questionnaires and
interviews .The population in this research is as much as 50 resident .The data
obtained and then were analysed with analysis technique that uses a qualitative
approach.
The research results obtained are resident response to the Therapeutic
Community ( TC ) by drug rehabilitation Al-kamal Sibolangit Centre show a
neutral response . The details , knowledge possessed attitude that can give rise
to the implementation of the program received Therapeutic Community (TC)
and finally participate in any activities implemented. The result show the
perceptions of respondents in calculations worth -0.03 , the attitude of
respondents worth 0.14 and participation of respondents worth 0.02 and the

result is an average 0.04 scales which means neutral.
