Karakteristik Pasien Tumor Paru Sekunder di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan Tahun 2013-2016

ABSTRAK
Tumor paru sekunder merupakan tumor paru yang berasal dari metastasis
organ lain. Berdasarkan data on hospitalization foundfor8013lung terdapat 6654
pasien kanker memiliki satu metastasis dilaporkan di sertifikat kematian mereka,
total kasus 6568 berkisar (38%) kasus kanker bermetastasis ke paru. Berdasar
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik pasien tumor paru sekunder di
RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan Tahun 2013-2016.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada
bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2016 dengan sampel penelitian
diambil dengan cara total population sampling. Frekuensi pasien tumor paru
sekunder ditentukan dengan melihat rekam medis di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUP
Haji Adam Malik Medan.
Distribusi frekuensi pasien tumor paru sekunder di RSUP H. Adam Malik
Medan, dilihat berdasarkan kategori usia, jenis kanker yang bermetastasis ke paru,
riwayat keturunan, pemeriksaan radiologi dan histopatologi.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan kategori usia terbanyak adalah 50-59 tahun
dengan persentasi 25.6%. Pasien dengan riwayat NPC memiliki persentasi
tertinggi untuk kanker yang bermetastasis ke paru sebesar 15.4%. Pasien yang
tidak memiliki riwayat keturunan memiliki persentasi terbanyak sebesar 53.8%.
Pasien dengan gambaran radiologi multiple nodul memiliki persentasi terbanyak
sebesar 48.7%, gambaran histopatologi menunjukkan persentasi adenokarsinoma
sebesar 69.2% dengan persentasi terbanyak

A secondary lung tumors derived from metastasis of other organs. Based

(38%) cases of cancer metastasis to the lungs. Based on this study aims to look at
the characteristics of secondary lung tumor patients in Adam Malik General

total population sampling. The study was conducted in August until October 2016.

Hospital.
