Studi Kelayakan Pembangunan Jalan Alternatif Kota Sei Rampah Kecamatan Sei Rampah Ditinjau Dari sosial Ekonomi

ABSTRAK

Studi kelayakan pembangunan jalan alternatif kota sei rampah kecamatan
sei rampah adalah sejauh mana kelayakan proyek yang akan dilaksanakan
sehingga sumberdaya yang terbatas dapat dialokasikan secara efisien, efektif dan
tepat. Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kota Sei Rampah mempunyai hasil komoditi
perternakan, pertanian, perkebunan yang sangat meningkat tiap tahunnya,
sehingga diadakan nya studi kelayakan pembangunan jalan untuk mepermudah
sarana masyarakat.
Survey yang dilakukan di sepanjang jalan yang di tinjau dan komponen
BOK (biaya Operasional kendaraan)
Hasilnya Mengetahui analisa ekonomi, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), NPV
(Net Present Value) dan IRR ( Internal Rate of Return) dengan metode LAPI-ITB,
1997.
Hasil pertanian selalu meningkat dengan pertumbuhan rata – rata = 10,31
%, diikuti dengan hasil perkebunan dan perikanan yaitu :1,2 % dan 5 % per tahun.
IRR ( Internal Rate of Return) dengan bunga dasar (Rate) 15 % dengan
menggunakan metode With or without Project. perkerasaan batu pecah dan sirtu
air didapatkan nilai BCR = 1,071, IRR = 16,5% (proyek Layak dilaksanakan).
Dengan perkerasaan Makadam didapatkan nilai BCR = 1,044, 15,89 % (proyek
layak dilaksanakan. Dengan perkerasaan Hotmix AC – WC didapatkan nilai BCR

= 0,92 (proyek tidak bias dilaksanakan Karena kecil dari 1) dan IRR = 13,41 %
(kecil dari 15%).

Abstract
Feasibility study of building an alternative road city districts Rampah sei
sei Rampah is the extent to which the viability of the project will be implemented
so that limited resources can be allocated efficiently, effectively and
appropriately. City Rampah Sei Sei Rampah have results farm commodities,
agriculture, plantation greatly increase each year, so it held its feasibility study for
a road construction mepermudah community facilities.
