Analisis Pendapatan Tenaga Kerja Wanita pada Perkebunan Teh PTPN IV Kebun Bah Butong Kecamatan Sidamanik
ABSTRAK
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN TENAGA KERJA WANITA PADA
PERKEBUNAN TEH PTPN IV KEBUN BAH BUTONG KECAMATAN
SIDAMANIK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pendapatan Tenaga Kerja
Wanita Pada Perkebunan Teh PTPN IV Kebun Bah Butong Kecamatan
Sidamanik dengan menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Ftest dan uji T-test dengan model Regresi Linier Berganda dan hasil uji tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa uji F-test dan uji T-test yang digunakan dalam menganalisis
pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pada perkebunan teh PTPN IV kebun bah butong
kecamatan sidamanik.
Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa variabel yang diantara nya terdapat
variabel usia, variabel jumlah tanggungan , dan variabel tingkat pengalaman,
berdasarkan data yang telah di regres menunjukkan bahwa dalam uji F-test
diperoleh F-hitung sebesar 1,423 dan F-tabel sebesar 2,81, dan dalam uji t-test
menunjukkan bahwa variabel usia diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 0,373 dan t-tabel
sebesar 2,012, variabel jumlah tanggungan diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 1,070 dan ttabel sebesar 2,012, dan variabel tingkat pengalaman diperoleh t-hitung sebesar
1,657 dan t-tabel sebesar 2,012, artinya seluruh seluruh variabel independen yang
digunakan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan maupun secara parsial terhadap
pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pada perkebunan teh di Kebun Bah Butong
Kecamatan Sidamanik.

GARDEN BAH BUTONG DISTRICT OF SIDAMANIK

In this study, there are several variables that among them there are the
variables of age, a variable number of dependents, and variable levels of
experience, based on the data that has been in Recourse showed that in the test Ftest obtained F-count equal to 1,423 and F-table with 2.81, and the t-test showed
that the age variable obtained t-count equal to 0.373 and the t-table at 2,012, a
variable number of dependents obtained t-count equal to 1,070 and t table is
2,012, and variable levels of experience gained t-count equal to 1,657 and t-table
amounted to 2,012, meaning the whole all independent variables that are used do
not significantly or partially on the income of women workers in the tea
plantations in the Garden District of Sidamanik Butong Bah.
