KATA PENGANTAR

Puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas segala rahmat-NYA
sehingga laporan praktek kerja dan tugas akhir ini dapat terselesaikan dengan
baik.
Praktek Kerja dan Tugas Akhir ini merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang
wajib ditempuh dan disusun sebagai persyaratan kelulusan di Program Studi D3
Komputerisasi Akuntansi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Kristen
Satya Wacana.
Penyusunan Laporan Praktek Kerja dan Tugas Akhir ini pada hakikatnya
menguraikan judul laporan yang penulis susun, yaiti “Prototipe Sistem Informasi
Koperasi Simpan Pinjam” sebagai akhir dari penilitian di Dinas Koperasi dan
Usaha kecil, Menengah di Kota Salatiga.
Banyak permasalahan yang penulis hadapi hingga mampu menyelesaikan
laporan ini dengan perjuangan dan semangat tanpa putus asa dalam diri penulis
maupun dari orang lain yang memberikan semangat, dorongan, bimbingan,
