IDENTIFIKASI BAKTERI ESCHERICHIA COLI TERHADAP BAHAN
BAKU AMYLUM MAYDIS (PATI JAGUNG)
ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan percobaan Identifikasi Bakteri Escherichia Coli Terhadap
Bahan Baku Amylum Maydis (Pati Jagung) secara Uji Mikrobiologi yaitu Uji
Angka Lempeng Total dan Uji Batas Mikroba.Amylum Maydis (pati jagung)
banyak terdapat pada biji jagung.hasil yang diperoleh pada Uji Angka Lempeng
Total terdapat koloni sebanyak 40 cfu/g dengan melihat adanya warna merah bata
sedangkan pada Uji Batas Mikroba tidak diperoleh bakteri Escherichia Coli
dengan melihat adanya warna biru hitam kilau logam. Sesuai dengan standart
farmakope edisi V bahan baku amylum maydis pada Uji Angka Lempeng Total
koloni tidak lebih dari 10 – 150 cfu/g dan Uji Batas Mikroba tidak diperoleh
bakteri Escherichia Coli.

IDENTIFICATION ESCHERICHIA COLI BACTERIA OF THE
MATERIAL AMYLUM MAYDIS (CORN STARCH)

ABSTRACT
Has conducted trials identification of bacteria Escherichia Coli to raw
materials amylum maydis (corn starch) in microbiology test that is testing the total
plate count and microbial limit test.amylum maydis (corn starch) abundant in corn
kernels.test results obtained on total plate count colony contained 40 cfu/g to see
the red brick while the microbial limit test is not obtained bacterium Escherichia
Coli in the existence of dark blue iridescent metallic luster.in accordance with the

standard edition of V pharmacopeia raw materials amylum maydis on total plate
count test colonies of no more than 10-150 cfu/g and microbial limit test is not
obtained bacterium Escherichia Coli.
