General Conditions; Definitions
Section 1.01. The parties to this Agreement accept all
the provisions of the General Conditions Applicable to Loan
Agreements of the Fund issued by Resolution of the Board of

Section 1.02. Wherever used in this Agreement, unless
the context otherwise requfres, the several tenns defined in
the General Conditions and in the Preamble to this Agre·ement

T-he· Loan
Section l.Ol. The Fund agrees to lend the Borrower, on
the terms and conditions in the Loan Agreement set forth or
referred to an amount of Ninety one million three hundred

Section 2.02. The amount of the Loan may be withdrawn
from the Loan Account in accordance with the provisions of

Schedule (1) to this Agreement. as such Schedule may be amended
from
time to time by Agreemertt between the Fund and the
Borrower, and fn accordance wfth the Procedures for Withdrawal
of the Proceeds of.the Saudi Fund for Development Loans, for
expenditures made (or, if the Fund shall so agree, to be made)
in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required
for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the
Loan.

Section l.Ol. The Fund agrees to lend the Borrower, on
the terms and conditions in the Loan Agreement set forth or

from the Loan Account in accordance with the provisions of

of the Proceeds of.the Saudi Fund for Development Loans, for
expenditures made (or, if the Fund shall so agree, to be made)
in respect of the reasonable cost of goods and services required
