Analisis Forecasting Produksi Dan Konsumsi Daging Kambing Dan Daging Domba Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

ABSTRAK

Atika Sari (130304171)dengan judul skripsi “Analisis Forecasting Produksi
dan Konsumsi Daging Kambing dan Daging Domba di Provinsi Sumatera
Utara.” Studi kasus Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini di bimbing oleh
Bapak Dr. Ir. Satia Negara Lubis, M.Ec., selaku ketua komisi pembimbing dan
Bapal HM. Mozart B. Darus, M. Sc., selaku anggota komisi pembimbing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa produksi dan konsumsi daging
kambing dan daging domba di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan analisis
forecasting dengan menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS yang diperoleh dari
Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Dinas Peternakan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Metode penentuan daerah yang digunakan secara purposive area sampling. Data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder (tidak langsung) yang
diperoleh dari Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera
Utara, produksi daging kambing dan daging domba mengalami trend positif dan
untuk konsumsi daging kambing dan daging domba juga mengalami trend positif.
Pada tahun 2006-2015 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan konsumsi daging
kambing dan daging domba lebih besar dari produksi daging kambing dan daging
domba Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Untuk tahun 2017-2026 di Provinsi Sumatera
Utara menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis forecasting produksi daging kambing

dan daging domba mengalami trend positif dan hasil analisis forecasting
konsumsi daging kambing dan daging domba mengalami trend positif dengan
perbedaan tipis antara hasil analisis forecasting produksi dan konsumsi daging
kambing dan daging domba Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

ABSTRACT

Atika Sari (130304171) with the thesis entitled An Analysis on the Forecasting
of Production and Consumption of Goat Meat and Lamb in North Sumatera
Province, A Case Study in North Sumatera Province. This research was
supervised by Dr. Ir. Satia Negara Lubis, M.Ec, as the Chairperson of the
Supervisory Committee and HM. Mozart B. Barus, M.Sc, as the member of the
Supervisory Committee.
The objective of the research was to analyze the production and the consumption
of goat meat and lamb in North Sumatera Province by analyzing the forecasting
the forecasting using an SPSS software program obtained from the Food Security

Agency and the Animal Husbandry Agency of North Sumatera Province. The
research area was determined by using purposive sampling technique. The
secondary data were obtained from the Food Security Agency and the Animal
Husbandry Agency of North Sumatera Province. The result of the research
showed that the production and the consumption of goat meat and lamb had
positive trend in North Sumatera Province in the period of 2006-2015. It was also
found that the consumption of goat meat and lamb was more than their
production in North Sumatera Province in the period of 2006-2015. It was
predicted that in the period of 2017-2026, from the forecasting analysis, the
production and the consumption of goat meat and lamb will have positive trend in
North Sumatera, and according to the forecasting analysis, there will be slight
difference between the production and the consumption of goat meat and lamb in
North Sumatera.
