Program 1 (FTP1), Which covers the followlng elements:
1. PT.PLN wlll evaluate ｾ＠ owned FTP 1 coal power plants to Improve Its·
performance and avallablllty. The evaluation result Is expected to be
followed up by Asset Optimization program.

2. Implementation of Optimization program of FTP 1 Coal Fired Power Plants
owned by PT.PLN wlll be conducted ttvough selection mechanism among
China utllltles.

3. The Government of Indonesia wlll provide preference clscrellon regarding

Investment and fiscal facilltles for elected China utllltles.
