In December 2006, I went to Doha to participate in the 2006 Asian Games, taking part

prepared for a long time, training hard and
fighting for approval of our participation.
Nothing was easy. My partner, Clara, my

Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle one
week before departure, which frustrated me
beyond belief. I had physiotherapy every day
following the injury, and tried to recover as
quickly as possible. Of course, the ankle
could not heal completely in a few days, so I
had no choice but to just try my best and
have my ankle taped when I played in
matches.
We played against teams from Thailand,
Mongolia, and Malaysia. The most difficult
and important match was that against the
Malaysian team. We planned well for the
match and tried our very best. But finally we
lost to them and ranked 9. It was so close: we
nearly reached our goal to be among the first
8 teams.

their beautiful white coats. The governments

civilized world. This article will explore each
sides claim an more detail. It will talk about
the damage that can be inflicted when two
men to stand face-to-face with the sole intention of knocking each other out with
their fists. It will go on to argue that boxing,
or legitimate assault, has no place in the
twenty first century.
The bell goes and the two warriors approach each other . They are quick. They are

A left fist launches and connects with a
nose. The crowds are on their feet. Cheering.
Wanting more. Wanting blood.
So, boxing; what's it all about? All animals, mostly the males fight from time to

In conclusion, both sides of the debate

the argument for and against have been put

seem, the argument will continue for at least
the foreseeable future, as compromise seem
unlikely. Both sides do agree, however, that

latter would make it, in my opinion. both
sport as well at spectacle.

(D) When there’s lots of blood
(E) When there is a big applause

Aurora is classified as diffuse or discrete
aurora. The diffuse aurora is a featurless
glow in the sky which may not be visible to
the naked eye even in a dark night and defines the extent of the aurora zone. Discrete
aurora are sharply defined features within
the diffuse aurora which vary in brightness
from just barely visible to the naked eye to
bright enough to read a newspaper at night.
Discrete aurora are usually observed only in
the night sky because they are not as bright
as the Sunk sky.
In northern latitudes, the effect is known
as the aurora borealis (or the northern
lights), named after the Roman goddess of
dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for the
north wind, Boreas, by Pierre Gassendi in
1621. Its southern counterpart, the aurora
Australis (or the southern lights), has almost
identical features to the aurora borealis and
changes simultaneously with the changes in
the northern aurora zone and is visible from
high southern latitudes in Antartica, South
America and Australia.
30. What is the main idea of paragraph 2?
(A) The diffuse aurora is a featureless glow

(B) The discrete aurora are sharply defined

(C) There are two kinds of aurora, diffuse
and discrete aurora
(D) Discrete aurora are usually observed

(E) Discrete aurora are not as bright as the

civilized world.
They are

forward since boxing began And It would
seem, the argument will continue for at least
the foreseeable future, as compromise seem

latter would make it, in my opinion. both

and Antarctic) regions, caused by the collisions of energetic charged particles with atoms in the high altitude atmosphere
(thermosphere). The charged particles originate in the magnetosphere and solar wind
are directed by the Earth's magnetic field
into the atmosphere. Most aurora occup in a

Aurora is classified as diffuse or discrete
aurora. The diffuse aurora is a featurless
glow in the sky which may not be visible to
the naked eye even in a dark night and defines the extent of the aurora zone. Discrete
aurora are sharply defined features within
the diffuse aurora which vary in brightness
from just barely visible to the naked eye to
bright enough to read a newspaper at night.
Discrete aurora are usually observed only in
the night sky because they are not as bright
as the Sunk sky.
In northern latitudes, the effect is known
as the aurora borealis (or the northern
lights), named after the Roman goddess of
dawn, Aurora, and the Greek name for the
north wind, Boreas, by Pierre Gassendi in
1621. Its southern counterpart, the aurora
Australis (or the southern lights), has almost
identical features to the aurora borealis and
changes simultaneously with the changes in
the northern aurora zone and is visible from
high southern latitudes in Antartica, South
America and Australia.
30. What is the main idea of paragraph 2?
(A) The diffuse aurora is a featureless glow
in the sky
(B) The discrete aurora are sharply defined

(E) Discrete aurora are not as bright as the
sunlit sky.

(A) An aurora is very beautiful

diffuse aurora
