Amendment to the Separate Agreement dated July 27, 1978

Dear Sirs,
According to the Supplemental Loan Agreement entered into between
the Republic of Indonesia ("Borrower'') and Kreditanstalt ftir Wieder aufbau ("Kreditanstalt") on

March 24, 1981

, the Separate

Agreement of July 27, 1978, pertaining to the Loan Agreement of
July 27, 1978 shall be amended as follows:
