The configur-ation of the above mentioned services will be as follows:

The use of the above mentioned ser-vices between Border- Liaision Officers
in the Governor's Office in Jayapura,

Indonesia and the Border Liaison

Officers in Daru and Va:niwo in Papua New Guinea will come into effect on
the date of signing of this Memorandum.

Both Governments will inform eaclL other of relevant emergency contact

points for Border Liaison purposes.

Existing International Subscriber Dialing (ISD) facilities for additional communication arrangements regarding Border Liaison purposes between
the Border Liaison Officers in Merauke and Daru for day to day border
liaison shall be maintained.

Memorandum of Understanding will come into effect from the date of

signing and will remain in force until terminated by either Government
giving at least 12 months written notices to the other.
