included .

the Republic of Ind o nesia on the other part, shall specify the
modali t i es of uses and repayment of the loans .

of th is protocol shall be decided by the competent French a nd
Indonesian Authorities .
A down payment of at least 10 % of the FOR Pri.ces

The balance of the price shaJ J be payable
conformity with the terms and cond itions of the contracts.
