ABSTRAK
ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI
KEBERHASILAN USAHA (STUDI KASUS PADA USAHA LAUNDRY
MIKRO-KECIL DI LINGKUNGAN SEKITAR KAMPUS USU)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pada Usaha Laundry Mikro-Kecil di
Lingkungan Sekitar Kampus USU. Hal ini penting untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor
yang mendorong keberhasilan usaha Usaha Laundry demi keberhasilan
wirausahawan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan
antara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan wirausahawan terhadap
keberhasilan usaha baru pada Usaha Laundry Mikro-Kecil di Lingkungan Sekitar
Kampus USU. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Usaha Laundry dan
pelanggan Laundry. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode
wawancara langsung kepada pemilik Usaha Laundry dan Pelanggan. Metode
analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif (kualitatif) yaitu dimana meliputi
pengumpulan data untuk diuji hipotesis atau menjawab pertanyaan mengenai
status terakhir dari subjek penelitian.
Dari hasil wawancara menunjukkan, semua jawaban adalah positif, maka
faktor-faktor yang mendorong wirausahawan pada Usaha Laundry Mikro-Kecil di
Lingkungan Sekitar Kampus USU meraih keberhasilan dalam usaha baru adalah

adanya Faktor Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran dan Manajemen
Permodalan dan Keuangan.

ABSTRACT
ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT AFFECTING BUSINESS SUCCESS AT
LAUNDRY BUSINESS IN THE ENVIRONMENT ARROUND NORTH
SUMATERA OF UNIVERSITY
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the
success of a new venture on the micro laundry business in in the environment
arround North Sumatera of University. It is important to know the factors that
drive the success of laundry business enterprises for successful entrepreneurs.
Results from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence
among the factors that influence the success of entrepreneurs to the success on the
micro laundry business in the environment arround North Sumatera of University.

Population in this study is the owners and customers laundry. The sampling
technique using interviews directly to laundry business owners and customers.
The analytical method used is descriptive (qualitative) ie which includes
collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about the current status of
research subjects.
From the interview shows, all the answers are positive, then the factors
that encourage entrepreneurs in the Micro Laundry Business in the environment
arround North Sumatera of University achieve success is the Knowledge Factor
Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy and Financial Management Strategy.
