DEFINITION
For the purpose of t.'iis Detailed and Technical Arrangement:
The term "postal money order" means a service by which a sender hands
o-.,·er fonds at a post office counter or orders his postal giro account to be
debited a.;d requests out payment of the amount to t.lie payee in cash.

CATEGORY OF MONEY ORDER
Ordinary money orders shall be exchanged under the 'list' system.

EXCHANGE QF MONEY ORDER
1.
Money Order issued by the parties shall be tra."lsferred by office of
exchange in each party's countries on form conforming to SFP 5 ( List
of transfers) and advice form.
2.
Every money order entered in a list ｳｨｾ＠
bear a serial number called
an International number, this number. shall be assigned from annual
series beginning on 1 Ja."lua.-y. When the numbering changes, the
first list, which follows, shall bear, in addition to its serial number,
the last number of the preceding series.
3.
The list shall be transmitted bv registered airmail to the office of
e.."{change of the parties.
