Pengaruh Pergantian Manajemen, Keputusan Investasi, Komite Audit, Good Corporate Governance, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

ABSTRAK
Keunggulan suatu perusahaan dapat diperoleh jika memiliki nilai
perusahaan yang tinggi. Nilai perusahaan dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah nilai
yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas suatu perusahaan dan sebuah
nilai yang menerangkan seberapa besar tingkat kepentingan sebuah perusahaan
dimata pelanggannya, sebagai contoh pembagian deviden per share yang tinggi.
Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu terdapat beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi nilai
perusahaan, oleh karena itu peneliti memilih untuk melakukan peneletian terhadap
beberapa faktor yang dianggap mempengaruhinya,
Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan (Tobins
Q).Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pergantian manajemen, keputusan
investasi, komite audit, good corporate governance, dan struktur modal . Sampel
dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan food and baverages yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011 – 2014. Regresi linier berganda digunakan
untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda, menyimpulkan bahwa pergantian
manajemen, keputusan investasi, good corporate governance dan struktur modal
berpengaruh secara positif sedangkan komite audit berpengaruh secara negative
terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

A company can be advantages lead if has a high value a company.
Company value can be defined as a value which was used to measure the rate
review quaity a company and a value that explains how big the interest rate of the
company a in the eyes of its customers, for example dividend per share The High.
Based on previous research There are several thing affecting the company value,
by therefore researchers chose to review the conduct peneletian Against Its
considered several factors influence it,

Investment Decision, the examination committee, good corporate governance, and
capital structure. Samples hearts Research singer is 13 and baverages of food
companies listed in indonesia stock exchange in 2011 - 2014. Multiple linear
regression was used to analyze the data review and testing hypotheses.

Based on the findings of multiple linear regression, concluded that the change of
management, Investment Decisions, good corporate governance and capital
structure to positively influence while the Audit Committee Against negative effect
Operating Company Value.
