Kantor Sewa Kualanamu

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan kawasan aerotropolis Kualanamu tentu tidak dapat dipisahkan
dari aspek bisnis. Hal ini terlihat dengan keberadaan komplek perkantoran dalam
konsep tata guna lahan kawasan aerotropolis. Komplek perkantoran yang terdiri dari
beberapa gedung kantor tentu diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana yang baik dalam
pelaksanaan kegiatan bisnis. Sektor bisnis yang berkembang pada kawasan ini juga
sangat beragam.. Arsitektur hadir dengan konsep kantor sewa untuk menjawab
kebutuhan ini. Kantor sewa difungsikan sebagai suatu wadah yang dapat menampung
beberapa sektor bisnis dalam satu gedung tanpa saling menggangu. Arsitektur tropis
dinilai cukup menarik dalam pemenuhan konsep kantor sewa. Pemanfaatan cahaya
alami serta sirkulasi udara dapat menjadi solusi terhadap kenyamanan thermal yang
merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah kantor sewa Konsep fasad serta
pemilihan material pada arsitektur tropis juga dapat memberikan karakter tersendiri.
Jadi perancangan gedung kantor sewa dengan konsep aristektur tropis ini diharapkan
menjadi sebuah kantor yang lebih fleksibel serta tidak kaku seperti pada umumnya.

ABSTRACT

Regional development aerotropolis Kualanamu certainly can not be separated
from the business aspect. This was shown by the presence of an office complex in the
draf t of aerotoplis regional land use. Office complex consisting of several office
buildings is certainly expected to be a good tool in the implementation of business
activities. A thriving business sector in this region is also very diverse. Architecture
comes with the concept of leasing office to answer this need. Lease office functioned as
a container that can hold several business sectors in a single building without disturbing
each other. Tropical architecture draw enough in fulfilling the concept of rental office.
Utilization of natural light and air circulation can be a solution to thermal comfort which
is one of the important aspects of an office lease. The concept of the facade as well as
the selection of materials in tropical architecture can also provide its own character. So
the design of the office building lease with the concept of tropical architecture is
expected to be an office that is more flexible and not rigid like in general.
