MENGENAI
KERJASAMA EKONOMI DAN TEKNIK
Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Kyrghyzstan, selanjutnya disebut
sebagai 11 Para Pihak Penandatangan 11 ;
BERHASRAT mernperluas dan meningkatkan hubungan bilateral dan kerjasama yang
berkelanjutan dan berjangka panjang;
YAKIN akan perlunya kerjasarna yang berkelanjutan dan efektif demi kepentingan kedua negara;
MENEGASKAN keinginan mereka dalam mempererat kerjasama bilateral antara kedua negara;
dan
DIDORONG oleh keinginan untuk mempererat hubungan persahabatan dan untuk memajukan
perluasan kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik antara kedua negara atas dasar prinsip persamaan,
saling menguntungk:an dan menghormati penuh kedaulatan;
TELAH SEPAKAT SEBAGAI BERIKUT:
PASAL I
Para Pihak Penandatangan harus mengambil langkah-langk:ah yang diperlukan untuk mendorong
dan mengembangkan kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik antara kedua negara dalam kerangka
Persetujuan ini dan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan masing-masing negara.
PASAL II
Kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik yang disebut dalam Persetujuan ini akan mencakup bidang-bidang
yang akan diperinci lebih lanjut dengan persetujuan bersama.

Kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik harus dilakukan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan Para
Pihak Penandatangan maupun dengan persyaratan-persyaratan dan kondisi-kondisi yang telah

AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
ON
ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic,
hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting Parties" ;
DESIROUS of expanding and enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation on a lasting and long
term basis;
CONVINCED of the necessity of lasting and effective cooperation in the interests of both
countries;
CONFIRMING their interests in the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two
countries; and
GUIDED by the desire to strengthen the existing friendly relations and to promote the expansion
of economic and technical cooperation between the two countries based on the principles of
e4uality , mutual benefit and full respect of sovereignty;
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE I
The Contracting Parties shall endeavour to take all necessary measures to encourage and to
develop economic and technical cooperation between the two countries within the framework of
the present Agreement and in conformity with their respective laws and regulations.
ARTICLE II
The economic and technical cooperation referred to in the present Agreement may be developed
in the areas which will be specified by mutual agreement.

The economic and technical cooperation shall be conducted in accordance with the capabilities
and requirements of the respective Contracting Parties as well as with the terms and conditions
to be agreed upon between the Contracting Parties. The detailed provisions relating to the forms
and methods as well as to the conditions of such cooperation in the agreed areas shall be laid
down in separate implementing arrangements.
ARTICLE IV
1.
The Contracting Parties shall take all necessary measures to encourage technical
cooperation between them through the exchange of scientific and technological data and
of experts, technicians and trainers in addition to the encouragement of all aspects of
technical cooperation between specialized institutions of both countries.
2.
The Contracting Parties agree that any intellectual property arising under the
implementation of this Agreement will be jointly owned and
a.
each Contracting Party shall be allowed to use such intellectual property for the
purposes of maintaining, adapting and improving the relevant property;
b.
in the event that the intellectual property is used by the Contracting Party and/or
institutions on behalf of the Contracting Party for commercial purposes, the other
Contracting Party shall entitle to obtain equitable portion of royalty.
3.
The Contracting Parties shall indemnify each other that the Intellectual Property Rights
brought by the Contracting Party into the territory of the other Contracting Party for the
implementation of any project arrangement or activities, is not resulted from any
infringement of third party's legitimate rights.
4.
The Contracting Parties shall waive each other from any claim made by third party on
the ownership and legality of the use of Intellectual Property Rights which is brought in
by the Contracting Party for the implementation of any project arrangement or activities.

ARTICLE V
The Contracting Parties agree to establish a Joint Commission to examine the implementation
of this Agreement, to discuss the issues that might arise from the application of this Agreement
and to make all the necessary recommendation for the achievement of its goals.
This Joint Commission shall meet when considered appropriate by mutual agreement, alternately
in Indonesia and Kyrgyz. This Joint Commission shall, whenever necessary, establish working
groups and appoint experts and advisors to attend the meetings.
ARTICLE VI
Any disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation and/or
implementation of the present Agreement shall be settled amicably through consultations or
negotiations.
ARTICLE VII
The present Agreement shall come into force provisionally on the date of its signature and it
shall come into force definitively on the date of the last notification by which the Contracting
Parties inform each other, through diplomatic channels, that their respective constitutional
requirements for giving effect to the present Agreement have been fulfilled.
ARTICLE VIII
The present Agreement shall remain in force for a period of 5 (five) years and shall
automatically be extended for subsequent periods of 1 (one) year each unless either Contracting
Party terminates it by giving written notification at least 6 (six) months prior to its expiration.

The termination of the present Agreement shall not affect the validity and duration of any
arrangement and/or contract made under the present Agreement until the completion of such
arrangement and/or contract.
Either Contracting Party may request in writing a revision or amendment of all or parts of the
present Agreement. Any revision or amendment which has been agreed to by the Contracting
Parties shall come into effect on such date as will be determined by the Contracting Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned being duly authorized thereto by their respective
Governments, have signed the present Agreement.

Para Pihak Penandatangan harus mengambil langkah-langk:ah yang diperlukan untuk mendorong
dan mengembangkan kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik antara kedua negara dalam kerangka
Persetujuan ini dan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan masing-masing negara.
PASAL II
Kerjasama ekonomi dan teknik yang disebut dalam Persetujuan ini akan mencakup bidang-bidang
yang akan diperinci lebih lanjut dengan persetujuan bersama.

AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
ON
ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic,
hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting Parties" ;
DESIROUS of expanding and enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation on a lasting and long
term basis;
CONVINCED of the necessity of lasting and effective cooperation in the interests of both
countries;
CONFIRMING their interests in the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two
countries; and
GUIDED by the desire to strengthen the existing friendly relations and to promote the expansion
of economic and technical cooperation between the two countries based on the principles of
e4uality , mutual benefit and full respect of sovereignty;
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE I
The Contracting Parties shall endeavour to take all necessary measures to encourage and to
develop economic and technical cooperation between the two countries within the framework of
the present Agreement and in conformity with their respective laws and regulations.
ARTICLE II
The economic and technical cooperation referred to in the present Agreement may be developed
in the areas which will be specified by mutual agreement.
- 2 ARTICLE ill
The economic and technical cooperation shall be conducted in accordance with the capabilities
and requirements of the respective Contracting Parties as well as with the terms and conditions
to be agreed upon between the Contracting Parties. The detailed provisions relating to the forms
and methods as well as to the conditions of such cooperation in the agreed areas shall be laid
down in separate implementing arrangements.
ARTICLE IV
1.
The Contracting Parties shall take all necessary measures to encourage technical
cooperation between them through the exchange of scientific and technological data and
of experts, technicians and trainers in addition to the encouragement of all aspects of
technical cooperation between specialized institutions of both countries.
2.
The Contracting Parties agree that any intellectual property arising under the
implementation of this Agreement will be jointly owned and
a.
each Contracting Party shall be allowed to use such intellectual property for the
purposes of maintaining, adapting and improving the relevant property;
b.
in the event that the intellectual property is used by the Contracting Party and/or
institutions on behalf of the Contracting Party for commercial purposes, the other
Contracting Party shall entitle to obtain equitable portion of royalty.
3.
The Contracting Parties shall indemnify each other that the Intellectual Property Rights
brought by the Contracting Party into the territory of the other Contracting Party for the
implementation of any project arrangement or activities, is not resulted from any
infringement of third party's legitimate rights.
4.
The Contracting Parties shall waive each other from any claim made by third party on
the ownership and legality of the use of Intellectual Property Rights which is brought in
by the Contracting Party for the implementation of any project arrangement or activities.

ARTICLE V
The Contracting Parties agree to establish a Joint Commission to examine the implementation
of this Agreement, to discuss the issues that might arise from the application of this Agreement
and to make all the necessary recommendation for the achievement of its goals.
This Joint Commission shall meet when considered appropriate by mutual agreement, alternately
in Indonesia and Kyrgyz. This Joint Commission shall, whenever necessary, establish working
groups and appoint experts and advisors to attend the meetings.
ARTICLE VI
Any disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation and/or
implementation of the present Agreement shall be settled amicably through consultations or
negotiations.
ARTICLE VII
The present Agreement shall come into force provisionally on the date of its signature and it
shall come into force definitively on the date of the last notification by which the Contracting
Parties inform each other, through diplomatic channels, that their respective constitutional
requirements for giving effect to the present Agreement have been fulfilled.
ARTICLE VIII
The present Agreement shall remain in force for a period of 5 (five) years and shall
automatically be extended for subsequent periods of 1 (one) year each unless either Contracting
Party terminates it by giving written notification at least 6 (six) months prior to its expiration.
- 4 ARTICLE IX
The termination of the present Agreement shall not affect the validity and duration of any
arrangement and/or contract made under the present Agreement until the completion of such
arrangement and/or contract.
Either Contracting Party may request in writing a revision or amendment of all or parts of the
present Agreement. Any revision or amendment which has been agreed to by the Contracting
Parties shall come into effect on such date as will be determined by the Contracting Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned being duly authorized thereto by their respective
Governments, have signed the present Agreement.

Languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of interpretation of this
Agreement, the English text shall prevail.
