MEMORADUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON GRANT ASSISTANCE
IN RELATION TO ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION
BETWEEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC .OF CHINA
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government
of the People's Republic of China with a view of further developing
friendly relations and economic and technical cooperation between
the two countries, have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE I
;n accordance with the needs of the Government of the Republic of
Indonesia, the Government of the People's Republic of China
provides the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with a grant
of RMB Yuan 50,000,000.00 (Renminbi Fifty Million Yuan only) .
. ARTICLE II
The above-mentioned grant shall be used for the projects to be
discussed and decided b.Y the two Government of Indonesia and
China.
ARTICLE Ill
The detailed accounting procedures for the implementation of this
MOU shall be discussed and concluded between the Ministry of
Finance on behalf of the Governments of the Republic of Indonesia
