To enhance and strengthen trade and economic relations between
the Republic of Indonesia and the
ｒ･ｰｵ｢ｬｩｾ＠
of Finland. the Indonesian
Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Central Chamber of Commerce
of Fin land, hereinafter called the Parties. have entered into an
Agreement of Cooperation on the following terms and conditions:
1.
To implement the Trude Agreement between the Republic of
Indonesia and the Republic of Finland. signed on April tt.
1951, the Parties shall encourage and promote activities
to develop trade , economic and techno1ogical relations
between the members.
2.
The Parties shall regular1y exchange information that can
s timulate trade and economic cooperation between the two
countries, such
as periodicals, publications, etc. on
trade and economy, and rules and regu1ations . that are
pertinent to business activities and interests of the
members of both Parties.
3.
The Parties shall assist each other in the organization
of and participation in trade exhibitions. fairs. symposivms
or similar events within their respective competence.
4.
The Parties shall encourage and accord every possible
assistance to businessmen. trade missions or delegations
from Indonesia to Finland and vice versa.
5.
The Parties shall do all they can to ensure that thi s
Agreement of Cooperation works t o their mutual benefit.
and that it is jOintly reviewed from time to time as
deemed appropriate.

6.
To ensure close and continuous cooperation and
implementation of this Agreement of Cooperation both
Parties will establish bilateral committees or sections
within the Chambers.
7.
This Agreement of Cooperation shall come into effect
｡ｾ＠
from the date of its signature and shall be valid until
it is mutually revised.
Done in two copies in the English language, both of the same content,
and signed in Helsinki, Finland, on June 15, 1984.
