ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh
penggunaan Indigofera falcata pad ransum sapi perah berbasis jerami padi
terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik (in vitro). Penelitian ini
menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima macam
perlakuan, yaitu R1 (Jerami padi 7 % + Konsentrat 60 % + Indigofera
falcata 33%), R2 (Jerami padi 15 % + Konsentrat 45 % + Indigofera falcata
40%), R3 (Jerami padi 23 % + Konsentrat 30 % + Indigofera falcata 47%),
R4 (Jerami padi 30 % + Konsentrat 15 % + Indigofera falcata 55%), R5
(Jerami padi 38 % + Konsentrat 0 % + Indigofera falcata 62%), setiap
perlakuan diulang empat kali. Peubah yang diukur adalah kecernaan bahan
kering dan bahan organik, data yang dihasilkan dianalisa dengan
menggunakan sidik ragam, selanjutnya untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar
perlakuan dilakukan Uji Berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan

bahwa penggantian konsentrat oleh Indigofera falcata dalam ransum
berpengaruh terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik, dan
kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik tertinggi dicapai pada
penggunaan pencampuran Indigofera falcata 62 % dan jerami padi 38 %
dalam ransum.

ABSTRACT
The research was carry out to know the effect of usage Indigofera

falcata in diary cattle rations based rice straw on dry matter and organic
matter digestibilty (in vitro), this research was used a completely
randomized design, with five treatment, i.e. R1 (rice straw 7 % +
concentrate 60 % + Indigofera falcata 33%), R2 (rice straw 15 % +
concentrate 45 % + Indigofera falcata 40%), R3 (rice straw 23 % +
concentrate 30 % + Indigofera falcata 47%), R4 (rice straw 30 % +
concentrate 15 % + Indigofera falcata 55%), R5 (rice straw 38 % +
concentrate 0 % + Indigofera falcata 62%), every treatment was replicated
four times. Variables measured were dry matter and organic matter
digestibility. The resulting data were analized by variant analysis, and
differend between mean treatments were analysis by Duncan Multiple
Range Test. The result were showed that the replacement of concentrate in
ration by Indigofera falcata the effect to dry matter and organic matter
digestibility, and
produce the highest dry matter and organic matter
digestibilty the use of mixture Indigofera falcata 62 % and rice sraw 38 %.
